Sabse pahle mai TRAI ko uske nirantar public ki bhavnao ke saath jurkar karya karne ke liye badhai denea chaaunga.Tariff se sabhi varg ko bahut rahat hai,log apni suvidhanusar recharge kar le rahe hai.Logo ko freedom mil gaya hai,ki kaun sa chhanel dekhna hai,usi hisab se payment bhi karna hai.TRAI ko aur bhi acche -acche package cheap rate par lana hoga, jisse desh ka har vyakti desh kinews paa sake.thanks.

Sir, First of all, I appreciate new tariff plan set by TRAI for broadcasting and cable TV services. I would be glad to request you for bringing or launching online portal or apps for making payment online for cable TV services rather than handling cash to cable operator. This will also enable consumers to change or add preferred channels themselves without visiting cable operator or to avoiding crowd or delay. I must be waited for the digital platform for cable TV services. Thank you.
The initiative taken by the TRAI and government of india should in well praised first. The new regulations brought out the freedom to choose the channel and broadcaster by the consumer, has significantly helped us all but ; the missing factor needed from the government and the TRAI was the ease of the ability to select the channel . The TRAI has to make it's own website to be the platform from where the user can select and choose the channel;in current scenario the TRAI website onlytellsyoucost
1. Please remove bundling of services on TV and option should be provided to select only the required channels
2. Also regulation should be made so that channel guide will show only the subscribed channels.
3. Keep a minimum account maintenance charge and make all channels payable at nominal rates without any bundling of channels by any criteria.
Really this government has interrupted So high in Life of Majority middle class and BPL class by either introducing Demonetisation or by totally Changing the Broadcasting Service rules !!! I personally request the government to let our class people's a life of freedom without Monetary Influences !!
First of all, I appreciate to TRAI's for this consultation paper.it's a wonderful sstep for both consumer and broadcasting services.i think in now days broadcasting services only think about his own business . they are not giving any relief for consumer. When the TRAI's gave freedom for broadcaster for better work then the broadcaster's misuse this freedom .I must say the discussion of TRAI's for providing good service to consumer it's a nessesary step by TRAI's . I am happy.thank's a lot.
