The Indian Nanoelectronics Users Program (INUP), hosted at IIT Bombay and IISc Bangalore, with financial support from the Department of Electronics and Information Technology (DeitY), strives to address many of these challenges. Through INUP, Ph.D. students and faculty innovators from any university or institution in India recognized by MHRD can access these nanofabrication facilities which house more than 150 sophisticated instruments for fabrication and characterization of nanoelectronic devices. The students also receive mentorship from experts – both faculty and other senior students – about their research projects and prototype development. INUP also conducts workshops to provide information and “hands-on” sessions to explain use of equipment.

If you are a Ph.D. student anywhere in India who wishes to try out an innovative idea in the area of nanoelectronics, you can send a proposal to INUP (http://www.inup.iitb.ac.in and http://www.nano.iisc.ernet.in/inup/). INUP provides the funding, help, mentorship and facilities, but the IP of your idea belongs to you.

Why the corruption? it is because that the politician wants safe political carreer for life. we have to attack the political corruption at this stage: make the career of politicians limited to 10 years. that s all it is just eight for the President

2/2 maine socha unki madad karni cahiye to Maine unke baccho ke liye station se kuch khane ka samaan la kar un baccho ko Diya.wo bhi khush hue aur mera man bhi shant Hua. MODI JI hamara desh bada dharmik hai,hum bhagwan ko paisa cadhane me koi kasar nahi chodte ,par agar koi garib humse kuch mangta hai to use Kai baar bhaga dete hai.mai aapse gujarish karna cahta Hu Ki un sabhi dharmik trusts par bhari tax lagaye aur unse Milne wale ruppes se garibo ka Kalyan kare.

Heavy trucks congested on highways, get average speed a below 25 or 30 kmph , born diesel imefficently and pollute. We can design a pair of mountable modules on rear wheels, to drive the trucks with electric power drawn from overhead catenary to give average speed of 40 kmph. On selected 100 or 200 km stretches a PPP project helps save diesel and pollution too!

Justice delayed is justice denied. Justice abnormally-delayed is criminal. We can create authorized counsels for a cluster of villages to look into non-criminal cases. These counsels may be headed by retired lower judiciary supported by person of eminence of that area. These can be given quasi-judicial powers.

The major instrumentation facilities such as XRD, SEM, TEM, XPS, CGs and other Nano fab facilities clean room, lithography should be made more user friendly and easily accessible. Industrial partners and users should be developed for better economy of the facility. Start-ups based on in-house research should be initiated.

There are 700000 villages in India. Considering that out of 125 crores people, 70% population lives in the villages, the average population of each village will be 1250. This size of population is not economically viable to provide basic facilities like drinking water, sewage, education transportation, medical facilities, electricity etc. I feel that people of villages should be shifted to bigger town where all above facilities can be economically provided within shortest possible time.

Hon'ble PM The pathetic situation of JNPT and Chennai Port congestion need to be resolved on a war footing . Let us emulate how efficient Singapore Sea Port operates and why we cannot replicate it. Currently Poor infrastructure outside Port area which need to be tackled on war footing. If we need to improve manufacturing then these logistics issue need to be first given priority. Thank u Sir.

Recently there has been a lot of discussion on 65% population in the name of 'Youth Power' of India, but nobody is talking about Senior Citizens of India who have brought up this present youth and also contributed a lot for whole of their life. Is it not our duty and responsibility to give back to them and look after for rest of their life. Some of their concerns may be (1) place to stay as a large no deserted by their children (2) compulsory cashless health insurance (3) Monthly income plans
