Should skill based courses be made a part of regular courses so as to increase employ-ability? Ans: Yes What are the other ways in which skill can be integrated with Higher Education? Skill education is important at school education level. In higher education there has to be a mechanism to develop the skill of the students. Courses and programmes should be made skill based to enhance employability of the students. There should be increased collaboration between the colleges and the industry. Associate degrees should be introduced in the community colleges with entry to the colleges and regular course should enable modules of skill.

why not expert faculty invited in school and colg on hour basis as in coaching, and more emphasis given to knowledge rather how to write answer in exam.if coaching and various skill devlopment coarse is integrated in higher education ..than lots of time and resource will saved and can be used in development of other sectors.

1.at prsent firstly student pass 12th class then join coaching to crack competative exam, than get admission in college, after college they again join coaching for further higher study. 2. The point is that even school syllabus almost matching with competative exam why student go for coaching instead of learning in school.?/

By changing syllabus By adding more practical case study in syllabus. by giving small real time responsiblity to students. By spending more on Lab in institution. By appointing specialist in practical lab rather than academician.
