महिला उद्यमिता की ओर बढ़ते कदम
करोंदा दीदी का उद्यमी बनने का सफर वर्ष 2017 से समूह में जुडने से प्रारंभ हुआ। दीदी के पास उपलब्ध पडती भूमि को बैंक से लोन लेकर खेती योग्य बनाना प्रारंभ किया जिसके बाद भूमि पर शुरूआती दौर में धान की खेती प्रारंभ हुई पर कृषि विज्ञान केन्द्र से प्रशिक्षण प्राप्त करने एवं NRLM योजना से प्रेरणा लेकर समेकित खेती का सफर प्रारंभ हुआ जिसके बाद दीदी ने मुड़कर पीछे नहीं देखा सबसे पहले मक्का की खेती करना प्रारंभ किया अतिरिक्त व्यय एवं पानी की खपत को कम किया एवं उत्पादन बढाकर अधिक आय प्रतिवर्ष 7 से 8 लाख आय अर्जित किया। सुअर पालन के लिये घर में शेड बनाकर उन्नत प्रजाति के 10 सुअर का पालन प्रारंभ किया जिसमें नियमित आय होने लगी एवं एक सुअर को 10000 से 15000 तक की कीमत से बेचा, सुअर पालन के अपशिष्ट से डबरी बनाकर मछली पालन करना प्रारंभ किया जिसमें अलग से चारा की आवश्यकता नहीं हुई और साल में 3 क्विंटल तक मछली उत्पादन बढ़ा, मुर्गीपालन के लिये भी शेड बनाकर उन्नत नस्ल की मुर्गीयों को पाला जा रहा है। इस अपने उद्यमिता के सफर में आत्मविश्वास के साथ आगे बढ़ रहीं है।

Respected Prime Minister, I kindly request you to address youth employment and skill development in Mann Ki Baat. Promoting startups and technology training, especially in rural areas, can create significant job opportunities. This would greatly benefit the nation’s future....🙏🏻

संवेदनशील शासन, सशक्त बचपन
MMAC ज़िले में 55 नए आंगनवाड़ी भवनों ने विकास की नई इबारत लिखी।
जहाँ पहले आंगनवाड़ी केंद्र किराए के कमरे या अधूरी सुविधाओं में चलते थे, वहाँ अब बन रहे हैं पक्के, सुरक्षित और बाल-अनुकूल भवन।
यह बदलाव संभव हुआ तीन स्तंभों के सहयोग से:
• मनरेगा – श्रम आधारित निर्माण
• WCD विभाग – डिज़ाइन व मार्गदर्शन
• 15वां वित्त आयोग – वित्तीय सहयोग
इन भवनों में हैं: सुरक्षित परिसर, पृथक शौचालय, खेल-शिक्षा सामग्री और पोषण सेवाएँ।
नतीजे: बच्चों की उपस्थिति बढ़ी, माताओं में भरोसा और कार्यकर्ताओं को गरिमा।
वित्तीय सहयोग:
₹8.00 लाख (मनरेगा) + ₹3.69 लाख (WCD) + ₹12.60 लाख (15FC)
जिले के ये 55 भवन सिर्फ निर्माण नहीं, उज्जवल भविष्य की नींव हैं।

धरती आबा जनजाति महाअभियान अंतर्गत आने वाले ग्राम पंचायत कोरचाटोला में वित्तीय वर्ष 2024-25 में नवीन आंगनबाड़ी निर्माण कार्य स्वीकृत हुआ जिसकी स्वीकृति राशि 11.69 लाख रूपये है। पूर्व में आंगनबाड़ी क्र-1 जर्जर होने के कारण आंगनबाड़ी संचालन में कठिनाईओ का सामना करना पड़ रहा था परन्तु आज शासन द्वारा प्राप्त नवीन आंगनबाड़ी भवन के निर्माण होने से ग्रामीण स्तर पर गांव के बच्चों को आंगनबाडी में पढाई, खेल, कूद, पौष्टिक आहार मिलता है जिससे छोटे बच्चे का विकास खेल कूद के क्षेत्र में पढाई तथा स्वास्थ्य के क्षेत्र में हुआ है ग्रामीण जनो को अपने कृषि कार्य के लिए सुविधा हुआ, क्योकि ग्रामीण के छोटे बच्चे आंगनबाडी भवन में रहते है आंगनबाड़ी भवन में रोचक रंग रोगण एवं पेन्टिग बच्चो को आंगनबाड़ी जाने हेतु आकर्षित कर रहा है (जैसे- बच्चो के ऊंचाई मापन बोर्ड, रंगो का ज्ञान, अंको का ज्ञान, हिन्दी एवं अंग्रेजी अल्फाबेट, दिनो का नाम, फल व सब्जी का नाम, महिनो के नाम आदि) ग्राम पंचायत कोरचाटोला के गर्भवती महिलाएं एव बच्चो को आंगनबाड़ी निकट होने तथा पोषण आहार में वितरण में सुविधा बच्चो को अत्यधिक लाभ पहुंचा रहा है

Honorable Prime minister of Bharat, Thank you for this opportunity. I would like to bring to your notice a widespread problem in India- Open sewers, this issue is related to another adverse problem of untreated water. We are well aware of the importance of water and horrors of water borne diseases. Moreover open sewers are an environmental and occupational hazard, they brew diseases and additionally spread foul smell and are overall unpleasant. The best suited example of the effect of this problem are the major rivers of our country especially river Yamuna in Delhi. Keeping in mind SDG-6 Clean water and sanitation and the vitality of water, what steps will the Indian government take to ensure the reduction of this problem.

I would like to suggest
Invest in more institutions beyond IITs/NEET/GATE — especially for science and innovation pathways.

For example, I propose establishing culturally rooted, futuristic institutions such as:

- Vaimanika Vigyan Anusandhan Peeth (VVAP): Aerospace and aeronautics
- Antariksha Tattva Vigyan Kendra (ATVK): Celestial and space research
- Sūkṣma-Tattva Anveshana Kendra (STAK): Quantum, nano, and micro sciences
- Tejas-Urja Anusandhan Niketan (TUAN): Renewable and clean energy innovation
- Jyotirmaya Bharatiya Vijnana Mandalam (JBVM): Light and photonics science

These institutions can merge Vedic wisdom with modern science, inspire innovation, and create inclusive excellence for students from all backgrounds. Babasaheb Dr. B.R. Ambedkar’s dream was not permanent categorization, but the eradication of inequality.

Respected Sir,
There are lots of compassionate appointment pending at GISO Kolkata Office. The Compassionate appointment screening committee meeting last held in the year 2022 but there are lots of vacant posts as per the seniority list uploaded in the GISO portal in 2025 January, no action has been taken by the GISO Kolkata authority. Also there is a provision that if there is no vacancy in the concerned department, appointment can be given to the other department under same ministry but requisition has not been raised by the GISO Kolkata authority to other department under same ministry. Sir I would request you to kindly do the needful.
