Covering various aspects of topics related to the Panchayati Raj System, Schemes and Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) through this ‘Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav’ iconic week, ...
very good thoughts
village ki condition improvement ki jarur hai poster ki nhi unko aarthik madd diya jana chahiye sarkaar ko aaor se jisse unko aarthik isthi me sudhar ho sake
There are many ground level loopholes in Panchayati Raj system which need to be plugged if we really wish for a holistic development. For example there is reservation for women, but still many are nominal heads.Practically work is done by the male members of their house. Then party politics interferes with developmental works. These issues need to be addressed.
Leadership is a key for nation building, implementation of good governance and policies by achieving high growth trends in 🌎.
Vision is key performance area which every leader should attain in his or her life through Good governance, people involvement, transparency, cohesive structures buildup through free communication network.
Great vision comes from superior leadership which upholds success impacts on upside.
Vision 2047 focus on ONE NATION ONE EDUCATION So rural students meets non rural students quality.
govt give money for house for house less people govt give the constructed house instead of money for deserving people for some year. when their family income become above poverty line the same house given to other within poverty line I hope this will good for govt and needy people
This is all about gram panchayat the changes required at gram panchayat.
Although, PRI is a democratic institution of our society, the electoral system of PRI makes it a political instrument killing the basic objectives of PRI. The formation of PRI was to make a village AtmaNirbhar socially, economically and politically. But fulfillment of these objectives remained a dream till date due to lack of administrative and political knowledge and capacities of village panchayats. To administer good governance at panchayat level, a Village Panchayat shall be strengthened more on administrative point of view rather than politically. My humble suggestions to reform the PRI system of India are as under:
1) Abolish electoral system of PRI and transform VP to District Administrative Block.
2) Establish a national level recruiting agency like UPSC to recruit good talents as Village Administrators.
3) Regulate all development schemes and programs directly through these Village Administrators.
This would not only generate employment but also promote good governance.
