government should help properly to establish small industry.
Jay Hind
MSME and cottage industry is w backbone of any economy.
1specific area should be selected for small scale industry.Every facility should be available for trading.
2 Trade village concept is a way to announce particular village for particular product .
3 A prize should be given to success entrepreneur at state level.
4 Training facility should be given to rural people for develop skill .
5 proper security should be given to industry for their activity.
6 A business mindset should be develop for promote industry.
Small scale and cottage industry is a base of our economy.
1 Mentality should be changed for msme and cottage industry.
2 Traditional art should be connect with modern technology for trading activities.
3 Rural market should connect with urban and national market for trading.
4 .Marketing is a way to exposure of product and know about their benefit.it is necessary for selling of product.
5 Trading centre should be established for capture market easily for product.
6 Infrastructure should be strong in rural area to attract traders.
7 Financial support should be given to rural people for trading activity.
the nation and development of village.Companies will train them and will give them job based on their performance.Ask companies to hire atleast 50%of their employees engaged in such activities based on these skills.People may say that I am biasing based on the gender, but not, sir.I am totally focused on dual economy in every home system. In cities woman acquire skills get graduated, learn atleast diploma or have some opportunities to get a job easily as compared to the woman in villages. If it would have been the case of a city then I might not have asked to reserve atleast 40-50% seats. They would have taken based on their skills but in villages they are barred from learning, enhance their skills, so something good on sports. In the name of taking care of child or radical traditions every year nation looses its half population as manpower. If the shoe factories, MSMEs say a factory which make gas stoves, knitting yarns have woman employees then why can't Indian villages.Panchayats should.
not affect the other industries based on raw materials of jute and also the jute farmers will get a more benefitted income because of increase in demand and may decrease the prize of jeans pants. Also jute can be used, in a blended fashion, in the threads used to stich jeans pants because the thread required there should be of very strong quality.
If possible then encourage govt. offices to give bamboo bottles as gifts or prizes to their employees during festivals instead of plastic bottles. These bottles will be costlier than plastic ones but will be cheaper than metal bottles. This will increase the demand for bamboo in an environment friendly way.
Nowadays mostly the woman's in villages are atleast 10th or 12th pass.Ask companies setting food industries in villages say a sauce factory should hire girl students as machine operators or package workers.I am asking for girls because in villages boys get somehow a source of income but woman are left &their skills become unutilized for...
I am neither a textile engineer nor a fashion designer but I want to suggest you that can the jute be used to blend within cotton in the jeans pants worn by men&women. Jute is a very strong material and used to make sags which can carry atleast 30kg very easily.Due to it's possibility of soaking water and then rotting the grains inside it, many times sellers get discouraged to store grains in them and keep in godowns. Many times a thin plastic layer is used inside it to make it waterproof but mostly sellers are discourage for its use.Govt. is trying to increase its use by making compulsions for distributors to store grains in gowdowns using them by imposing ban on plastic packaging. But jeans can also be a good option in which jute can be used.Yes it should be blended with cotton in combed type yarns like cotton, generally they aren't used to make sags or ropes in such way,but if engineered then can be done in such way. Also jeans are purchased in a faster way but not like cotton so it may

upplas from cow/Buffalo dung, taking care of children and to be in the kitchen which they converted into a cage. Now many times families from villages, mostly radicals, say women should not cross Lakshman Rekha, which never explained in the holy books in this way.Firstly a confidence must be generated by the Panchayats among the families that yes woman can generate the income&they are also humans like men. Then they must instill some exmpls.from our Culture say the example of Ahilyabai Holkar, how she generated the income from her own State by using woman's employment.People from. villages will then atleast let their daughters and especially daughter in laws to go out of their homes for getting a job, say in cottage industries only. This should be spread in a very sarcastic way like Swachchha Bharat Mission among the villagers by Panchayats.Govt. should strongly order Panchayats to engage in such campaigns and give report about the improvements done, to PanchayatRajMinistry.
A TALENT NEED A STAGE AND NOTHING ELSE...
Can the economy of the villages be made running on double wheels not on just one just like double engine govts.. For example let us consider a man is a farmer who go on fields for farming.Farming is not a continuous process of work on someday farmer do sowing, some day harvesting etc. meaning it's a kind of job but not regular but needs a good attention during working hours. Now say his wife is engaged in selling fish or say milk like in Anand district of Gujrat. This will create a dual economy system.Say even if the farm produce say wheat gets destroyed due to some calamity then farmer's wife can manage the family atleast to stand on it's feet.Panchayats need to make a campaign like Swachchha Bharat Mission to encourage families in villages to let their daughters and daughter in laws to go out out of home to generate some income for both family and nation. They mostly bound their daughters and especially daughter in laws in the homes only putting veils and burqa on their head & to make..
