They Should require reservation but not on caste base. In caste base reservation, benefit only used by unneeded person So If one certificate issue at time of birth for use in reservation. They only used it once at time of education. Not for job. Job should be for right candidate which drive Future India and no Compromise in that. So they got one time reservation then their family is not valid for reservation once the certi use. by that way reservation is come to end and equality comes.

Sir,
I suggest that you open vocational schools to impart vocational education in all the tribal villages. In order to convince the tribal villagers, you can select a few volunteers from each village and then put them in various vocational schools across the country as per their choice. They in turn can spread the benefits of such courses to others when they put the learning into use and start earning. They should actually get the benefit of our reservation system and not the son of an ST IAS.

Tribal people can live happily, if their land is not captured by the political mafia to dig coal and minerals, and sell it to the parties, that are linked to political mafia. These tribes don't want education. They were happy until government forced them to lead a life, which govt. deem to be of a higher value. Tribes don't want any interference in their land and lives. They should be left alone.

Govt and NGO should play an important role in bringing the creativity of the triabls. This can surely be done by giving an opportunity to the triabls to get in touch with the rest of the country and even the world through an exclusive web site where the trials can sell their works to the people directly and can receive money directly into their account without any middlemen in between. This will change their life and will come in the main stream of the country.Govt. &NGO should open Centers.

The tribal people particularly the common tribal people of Assam are very rich in culture and natural resources.for their development we have to provide quality education.most of the LP schools of these schools have only one teacher, how he will provide the quality education. Resource based means of livelihood for their economic development is another area to be addressed for their self employment which will also reduce the problem of militancy particulary in BTAD area of Assam. let's work.
