हमारे संस्कृति काल मे जो पोषण आहार शामिल था उसी प्रकार से ही दिया जाए । उस समय यह भी ज्ञात था कि कौन कौन से आहार के साथ क्या क्या आहार न लिया जाए जिससे इसके विपरीत प्रभाव न पड़े।
दाल चावल रोटी सब्जी फल ये अनिवार्य किया जाए । पर ये भी कोशिश करें कि जो भी आहार हम उपयोग करें उसमे रासायनिक पदार्थ का उपयोग न हो । या कम मात्रा में हो बिल्कुल प्राकृतिक ।
साथ ही हर आहार को लेने के सारे सावधानी बताया जाए ।
