Reimagining Skill India 2.0: Inviting creative ideas and suggestions to help reinvent the ...
India can become the next global hub for Computer and IT sector if....
1. coding is introduced in classes from class 7 and 8 onwards like in ICSE board,
2. students learn about the basics of JAVA, HTML, C++ from the very early school days
3. Skill India must be more advertised, cause a lot of people are unaware of the schemes !
4. Agriculture must be also a part of skill India, our farmers must be taught how to use hydroponics to increase the yield
5. Skill India must also have a - motivational class ! motivation is very essential for entrepreneurship, for working in today's world, they must be highly motivated to work hard, and earn the money.
thank you sir
jai hind ,🇮🇳❤️
Respected prime minister sir,Skill means which any person can needed to survive,to show the potential which god gives his/her.and without skill your education qualification doesn't matter. so your concept regarding skills, make the youth useful for nation with the use of their skills is excellent. and my suggestions for skill based india, are given below
1. Make easy the concept of "Skill India" for village youth also, because in my village not more people knowing about it.
2. Your concept "Skill India" is become more effective and influencive when faculty members of colleges, universities focuses more on delivering practical knowledge, giving practical knowledge rather than theoretical.
3. If some universities started some courses which is affordable, and the aim of these all courses is to build skills,( like coding, artificial intelligence)so all students are depend upon their own skills, then the concept of Skill India is spreading more, and the youth become job providers.
The selected children will be trained in such centers and Govt to take care of their complete skill development cost and also their education. This way we can enhance the hidden skills . Now very few persons due their hard work , determination are able to shine with out any support. But once they win a medal or get recognition in international forum the Government absorbs them in govt departments or give them few lakhs of rupees or house etc.

Mr.Prime Minister, it is a fact that every child has skills in some field or other. But neither the school nor the parents identify the hidden talent or encourage the child to develop the skill . My suggestions are: Various types of skills are to be identified by conducting annual skill identification program at various places all over India . Identify best of the children in the lot .The Govt. need to open skill development center The selected children will be trained in such centers and Govt to take care of their complete skill development cost and also their education. i love my india
The Covid times have also given us time to test the Hybrid Model , which can be applied to skilling as well.
We need to promote the Micro Entrepreneur model in skilling to ensure we do not create monoliths in this area. But the ambience and the work areas of the skill centre need to improve
The Industry also runs its own Captive Training Centres , a better way is to hive it of to these skill centres
Solution lies is building a a registry & protocol by which the stakeholders can interact with each other. Industry can describe and sponsor the skills and hence the training , the aspirant can describe his skills and work which he can carry out and the mentors/teacher can counsel the aspirants. We also have to transform the concept of work as " job" and "employment. software industry is already doing it through Gig workers
One of the very important aspect in this is to build trusts and manage reputation, many times it becomes emotional and moderation becomes difficult. Soft skills again become very important.
nDear, ONDC , NHA etc., are trying to achieve this through a certain architecture , skills have to build similar architecture leading to a virtual marketplace . There would be some overlaps and conflicts . It needs to be managed in the overall good for country
The Skill India 1.0 created skill centres and success stories. However, the skill centre entrepreneurs have not gone to the next levels. It must be noted that the ultimately the measurement and success of the initiative is driven by employment & earning potential of the skilled workers There are a few reasons .
1. Discovery of the students who want to get skilled . The portal popularity is still low. The schools & colleges are still to be onboarded and in general the skill centres are not able to find the customers . Many a times the skill centres lack enrolment
2. Adoption of Skill Centres by the Industry especially the MSMEs . The Adoption means that both the MSME must have be discovery and trust framework with each other. MSME is not sure of the supply side and skill centres are not sure Demand. Sometimes Entrepreneurs are not wanting to disclose the Business plan due to confidential reasons, and also the plans keep changing due to business environment
