Sir for volunteer service it can be initiate step by step process.
I have made a complete lay out on this topic with accountability Claus in it.
Sir please just think over this. This will create lot of employment with accountability and citizen likely.
Respected sir,
I would like to draw your kind attention towards one thing that can we do something like volunteering service..
Means like me their are lot more citizens who have plenty of time to devot for fair functioning of governments. We should create a volunteer department in which people can choose their inersted field and devot their free time in stipend like pay.
For example if will b granted to check and make sure of cleanliness of stations and toilets across various stations..
I feel the system of checking in govt department is very old and needs to be changed, for instance a building plan (prepared by an architect) for approval is scrutinized either by a draftsman or a junior engineer who have no competence or a vision of an architect, and they creates unnecessary hurdles even if the bye laws are clear resulting in shabby buildings being erected. this system should be changed and the scrutiny of building plans for approval should be done by architects in govt.dept.
These type of jobs are really needed to the women. because, even the uneducated and deserted women can able to work and they can, easily manage themselves and their families in this environment.
Yes 1. if govt. will make decision at right policy with the govt. and pvt. bank with target and achievement then SME & MSME sector will make more job creation in every sector.
2. Market for all SME & MSME should available in one platform
in country
A television channel could be made only for recruitment process. Here, people will create an account in its job portal along with their picture, identity proof, skills and other details. A small screen grab of their profile could be shown on the TV screen. Various companies who has tie up with this job portal who are looking for candidates could connect with them through this television channels initiative. A Television channel is reachable to one an all and it adds a sense of credibility.
Sir, I suggest that Depreciation on Animal (Cows and Buffallows) should be allowed to farmer like Plant and Machinery. Further, this depreciation should be made transferable at market price to the big corporate house through digital platform. This will reduce migration of rural population to urban cities as more job opportunity will be in villages.
Job creation is a comprehensive integrated approach in the shape of People's Movement in pursuit of Nation Building.Growth & productivity is the aim of job creation wheather in Agro-sector Or Industry-sector.People should be energised & enspirited by inspirative invoved & sacrificing leadership. We should nurture ideas to create leadership so that the cause of development, growth, productivity & job creation could be acceleratvely acheived to end the gloom og poverty & bloom the prosperity & plenty.I have ideas . Wheather Gov.of India is willing to ?
BUY IN INDIA (BII) - Job creation is helped by Make in India (MII) and via BII, especially when e-commerce & trade routes have improved & would only get better hereon. The relations between BII & MII are interesting. (1) Delivering BII is in the hands of the people. MII is in the hands of a few. (2) BII would feel like a movement, old days' Swadeshi, although now to be hugely more subtle. (3) BII directly helps MII to be successful. MII helps one to pursue BII effectively. (4) They're twins.
