It would be great if government can set up a Consulting company which helps people to identify potential sectors for starting a small business and setting up small and micro businesses / manufacturing plants which do not require huge capital investment ( of may be less than 2 to 3 crores ).

Banking sector in India is performing tremendous job in society. But the thought of common man about banks is not appreciable. The banking sector is the reason for circulation of money in the society. They are equally important as other software companies. Government should promote the importance of this sector and encourage many graduates to provide services for people through banks and in turn develop the nation.

I am soldere of indian army we served/saved the country since our service we attend op rakshak, op vijay, op parakram and also other ops. But in our family side there was a problem wife is ill,childrens school goings,fathr mothers old age and illnes.
In this conditin I took VRS , now the got saying that VRS solders are not comming under 'one rank one pension' scheem.
