Smart classes should be globalised throughout all the schools in India, it would lead to a smart India.

School should be a place where the real talent of the student should be recognized and promoted. Promotion of only two or three professional fields and compelling students towards to these is creating problems. Teachers should recognize the talent of the student and promote their talent. More number of courses has to be implemented in 11 std for a better choice. Youth is the future of India. Bringing better chances for them to work hard will bring a better future

In Private sector school has become a business.Management charges high fee but pay less salary to the the teachers to such extent that it is less than the monthly income of unskilled labour. Government should strictly monitor and audit the accounts of private schools.Government should make a law that School should pay salary either equal to government
or minimum 80% of the income.

school system should be till classes 1-8 only. After 8 class collage education system should be adopted.The student can choose stream from 9 class on wards so the dream of skilled India and make in India full filled.After 12 many Intelligent student have not much more scope or they have to choose another place to complete study further .If we use infrastructure of school for primary classes in 1 shift and then 2 shift for collage education

Head teacher and school teacher system is best.In this system all teachers having same pay and same post .Only science teachers and primary teachers should get extra allowances.No teacher can change job type except admin(headteacher post) otherwise we will loose resource full and experienced teachers in same cadre and post.

In Indian education system teacher are changing their job type to get promotion.It is very dangerous for our system .example- good primary teaching is a resource for primary but to get promotion he choose secondary teachers job.same thing in secondary we are loosing good science teachers because they become principal.So India should adopt school teacher system and assured promotion system fast then resource full teacher will not be promoted in different cadre teaching job.

In primary education all officer in India have not taught in primary classes and they daily instruct how to teach and what to do in primary classes as well as policy matters.
If any body really wants to make efficient primary education so we should appoint headmasters from primary teachers and give at least full academic autonomy to him to give result instead of principal who have taught in primary classes.

All schools district wise monitoring the cctv camera I hope all teachers will be interested the teaching and all the people in India interested the government institutes

Education and teachers should be under DEO not in Janpad and Nagar Panchayat,Nagar Nigam and Nagar Palika.Minimum aquirement of subject knowledge should be used for passing students.
