The country is well endowed with many metallic and non-metallic mineral resources.  India is a leading player in respect of many non fuel minerals including, iron ore, bauxite, dolomite, lime stone and mica.  Mining sector (non-fuel) currently accounts for approx 0.5% of GDP. For accelerated economic growth on sustainable basis, this sector has to grow at a much faster pace to secure a higher percentage in the GDP.

Scientific, sustainable and transparent mining practices require well trained manpower.  Skill development not only enhances productivity and safety at work place, but more importantly, it prepares the manpower to adapt to the new state of art technologies. Currently this sector employs around 0.2 Million workforce which is estimated to grow to 0.3 Million in next 10 years.

Most of the Mines are located in Rural background or remote areas with less technical knowledge. The regular job with sustainable earning is first encouragement. Housing, free education for children and free health facilities can be other incentives apart from improving the quality of life of people.

to have government NGO for children beggars. Everyone in the country wants to donate for children but couldn't as a result of some fraud ngo's. The idea would be to have some schools and hostels for children begging in roads and streets. Then to update specific website with their progress e.g. rohan has just passed 9th with 88%. With this the person who donated can see the result around adopted child. Government can even employ their beggar parents with meal/cleaning schemes in the same practice
