Ministry of AYUSH organizes the International Day of Yoga, the purpose of this event is to highlight the fact that Yoga can contribute in a holistic way to achieving equilibrium between mind and body. This approach to health and wellbeing can make a direct and useful contribution to humankind's quest to achieve sustainable development and move towards lifestyles that are in harmony with nature.

In view of the forthcoming International Day of Yoga-2018 and to generate awareness about the benefits of yoga for the comprehensive well-being of Indian women in the "40 plus" age group, Ministry of AYUSH invites you to share your ideas through the MyGov platform.

Yoga helps to moves the focus of your body to self-awareness, inner healing and better health. Regular strength training that yoga offers to minimize the muscle loss that occurs as we age and also helps keep bones strong.

Many experts have recommended yoga for women to help them successfully cater to the multiple demands on their time.women have always had it tough if they dare to dream big.they are expected to multitask all the time,living like Superman regular office worker by day and super hero by night.

Hi sir the ministry of Ayush is conducting a very good program for women.It helps them to keep fit.Meditation keeps women calm during their stress level.It also improves the concentration level.my idea is to implement this yoga session in all educational institution atleast once in a week.

International Day of Yoga which is organised by the Ministry of AYUSH is very helpful in this health conscious world,were people care a lot about their health and fitness. My idea or opinion about this is that Yoga should be made a part of everyday activities,it should be taught to kids from their schools itself.It should not be limited only till schools but also should be made a part of the employees schedule.Everybody practicing yoga successfully and maintaining their fitness should be awarded

Hi sir the ministry of Ayush is conducting a very good program for women's which keeps them fit n fine.And my idea is to implement this yoga session in all educational institutes as a part of there academic also..which keeps their mind fresh n also improves their concentration.
