Brief Background of the Real Estate Act, 2016:

The Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Bill was passed by the Rajya Sabha on 10th March, 2016 and by the Lok Sabha on 15th March, 2016. The Bill as passed by the Parliament was assented to by the Hon’ble President on 25th March, 2016. The Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 was published in the Official Gazette on 26th March, 2016 for general information. The Real Estate Act, 2016 aims at protecting the rights and interests of consumers and promotion of uniformity and standardization of business practices and transactions in the real estate sector. It attempts to balance the interests of consumers and promoters by imposing certain responsibilities on both. It seeks to establish symmetry of information between the promoter and purchaser, transparency of contractual conditions, set minimum standards of accountability and a fast-track dispute resolution mechanism.

Brief Background of the Draft (Agreement for Sale) Rules under the Real Estate Act, 2016:

Specified sections of the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 have come into effect from 1st May, 2016, including section 84(2)(h) of the Act which provides that ‘the appropriate Government shall notify, within a period of six months of the commencement of this Act (i.e. by 31st October, 2016), rules towards the form and particulars of agreement for sale specified under section 13(2)’ i.e. by 31st October, 2016. As per section 2(g)(i) of the Act, the Ministry of Housing & Urban Poverty Alleviation is the appropriate Government for Union Territories without Legislature.

In this regard, the Ministry has prepared the Draft ‘Union Territories without Legislature (Agreement for Sale) Rules, 2016’ on which the Ministry proposes to elicit general comments through the open forum for discussion on the MyGov portal.

In respect to education policy 2016, Govt. have made so many positive changes in education system, I want to suggest that, The education at grass root level, specially in village and small city, & education to poor and needy people should be given some more weightage, More facilities, infrastructure, teachers & school requires should be fulfilled, further, Maximum child from KG to primary & high school,the atmosphere should be made very positive and attractive for such people & child,best wishes

नमस्ते सर ।
देश की राजधानी दिल्ली में जिस प्रकार से unauthorised construction चल रहे हैं क्या हम इसे आतंकवाद की श्रेणी में नहीं रखेंगे। मेरे विचार में यह भी आतंकवाद का एक रूप है।जिसे देखो ऊपर,नीचे ,सामने,कहीं भी encroachment किए जा रहा है।इसकी वजह से बिजली,पानी की चोरी हो रही है।इसका खामियाजा सही लोगों को भुगतना पड़ रहा है।सरकारी अधिकारियों के समर्थन से किए जा रहे unauthorised construction को रोकने की दिशा में क्या सरकार से शीघ्र कार्रवाई की उम्मीद की जा सकती है?

respected sir,happy independence day in advance.
on this auspicious day i rather my family are with a suggestion that country like Nepal is written and called as Nepal both in Hindi and English(internationally)then why don't we are called Bharat both in Hindi and English.
we can raise Janmat for this.
similarly in reservation OBC( creamy layer) doesn't avail this facility ,it should be same for other categories also.reservation should be only on the basis of income not cast.

ROTI KAPDA AUR MAKAN JEEVAN KE YE TEEN NISHAN. If we want to provide house to each and every citizen of INDIA, than, we have to check and stop investment of black money in real estate, that is creating artificial hike in price in real estate also creating artificial crises. Resulting, the person wants to purchase house for use of his family are not able to purchase due to artificial higher price,.One family (as per rashan card) should not have more than one or two house in one city.
