FCI - ration should be state wise if not district wise ! this is how Hindu culture would have prospered ! not 1 historian /babu has ever told the truth of the indian spices and thousands of varieties that india possess. Buying food from punjab only with bhakra nangal -was it a quid pro quo with sugarcane growth destroyed india water tables & no dams ever or stalled in other parts. sardar sarovar the most important supply-chain has never been studied forget implementation ! can we do it now

Fruits Hamare body ko garm rakhti hai or fruits khane se body se vishakht padharth ko bahar nikalne or rogo se ladne ke liye rog pratirodhak shamta ka kaam karti hai. Fruits mai sugar jyada hone ke karan hi ishe Pacha hua bhojan kehte hai. Fruits ke juice use Karen se susti or thakawat dur hoti hai or tajgi takat aati hai. Toh fruits bhi khane mai use Karna chaiye jishe hamare swasht acha bana rehta hai.

We can eat fruits s which are rich in citrus and proteins. This will help us to maintain water level in our body. Always maintain iodine level in daily diet. This will help us to prevent from thyroid diseases. Always use jaggery instead of white sugar. This may help to maintain diabetes level in our body. In menstrual days woman can eat a food which is called as ulluthangali in tamil and also they can eat egg. This will helps to strengthening their uterus.

The nutrition of the pregant women and children's must be done really well. One must eat greeny vegetables and must have protein sources in their diet like eggs,soya beans etc.Also having dinner early is good for digestion and has a lot of other benefits.There must be balanced intake of all needed essentials for the body.

Vegetarians are suggested to eat greens ,sprouted grams, healthy vegetables. Non vegetarians are suggested to eat fish, crabs, prawns .Commonly all must be eat fresh fruits and vegetables. This may help to live long healthy and happy life. We must avoid junk foods. We can take dairy products such as milk, curd, etc.. We must avoid of eating fried foods. We have to maintain the level of cholestrol and fat in our diet. In empty stomach daily we can eat some dry fruits, almonds, dates and nuts.
