Even in USA there are places parents tkae their children to learn indian culture, most temples in USA offer some help on this, say for example in Aurora templae in IL near chicago the Shiva-Vishnu temple offers sanskrit classes, learning mother tongue like Hindi, teleuga, kannada, tamil, etc. Plus carnatic music and Kuchipudi and Bharthanatyam dances classes. There are plenty of places to go and events to participate plus the media channels like sony, zee, sun, etc gives you ample exposure.
