The Panchayats in Rural India are the biggest failures. Where I live, the Panchayat only collects the Property Tax, but, does not provide any service whatsoever. 90% of the Panchayats in India are failures. Why not eliminate them and let municipality take over?

To our dear Modiji. I pray that you get a chance to look into the following. The States are being given too much autonomy and the corrupt CMs of some states dont do anything for the rural parts of the state. If Rural India was given priority by states, there will be less crowding in cities and services will be balanced better. Most states have ignored their Rural parts, including popular ones like Karnataka, Maharashtra, Gujarat, TamilNadu, West Bengal, Rajasthan, J&K, etc.

Sir,
Sub: Regarding Government employees working analysis

1) 50% are employed with relaxation in eligibility criteria.
2) 25 % post are vacant
3) 10% are typical government servants (babus)
4) 5% offer resistance to achieve goals set by organisation
5) 10% actually work for government and carry the work load of above mentioned 90%.

sir, Let your government prove itself an unique govt. fully conscious of the health of its citizen.A developed India not only counts the number of youths, it should count the number of healthy youths, long lived aged, and a disease free India. In this connection kindly take strong initiative and arrange constitutional provision to provide death sentence those responsible for food adulteration. Now a days our youths are diabetic, hypertensive and even suffering from deadly diseases due to this.

Hounerable prime minister,
Many cases are pending in the court. There is a great need to take some serious actions in order to solve the cases swiftly.
As they say " Justice delayed is Justice denied".
Please do take some action on that.
Then about celebrating teacher's day next month.
Talk about exporting teachers to teach vedic knowledge to the whole world and spread the great knowledge of Vedas to the whole world.

My suggestions would be about farmers who protest atleast talk to them and ask what they need, instead of watching..
Below points needed to be highly noticed,

1) Agriculture( As we have 125 billion people) we should encourage the farmers to produce goods in organic way.. Example Ban endosulfan chemicals and pesticides.
2) Rain water Saving
3) Solar power generation(Both off and On grid systems)
As off now only on grid has subsidy which is 30%.. For off grid it is been on hold.

Respected & Dear Modiji,
Ramps instead of steps in railway stations to move among the platforms will be a convenient improvement. Older people and physically handicapped people can move along the ramps more freely than along the steps. Baggage can be scrolled along the ramps while it has to be lifted through the steps. Maintenance cost of lifts and escalators is more and power consumption also involves whereas ramps will be a convenient candidate. More number of people can be accommodated.

Modi Ji thanks for taking our comments
i want to share my 3 thoughts with you
1. There should be a subject of TRANSPORT IN INDIA in our Education System.
(i thought students has to learn traffic rules, driving, parking sense, Blow Horn and everything about transport from begining, till 12th Class, and when he/she pass 12th he/she get driving licence also.)
2. My Second thought is remove all CARS from streets.
3. Please Check Streets and Roads, all are in very poor conditions.
