To give surge to auto sector ban all vehicles above 15 years or below BS IV standard. These vehicles to be compulsorily sent to scrap, refurbished and exported to poor countries at cheap rates as goodwill. If life of vehicle is compulsorily set as 15 years it will make people rotate vehicles. It will be better to counter pollution also. Have alternate mechanism to deal with scrap vehicles. Every product have expiry date but in India vehicles don't have an expiry date.
