There is a need to put in place a School Quality Assessment and Accreditation System to cover all aspects of school functioning, including scholastic and co-scholastic domains, physical infrastructure, faculty management, school leadership, learning outcomes and satisfaction of pupils and their parents/ guardians. Better governance structures in schools striking a balance between mandating and persuading, training of district and block-level education officers as well as head teachers for better management practices, on using data to better monitor and support school performance, and to mobilise community resources and efforts to improve school performance. What are the current experiences and how can these be bettered to achieve tangible results?

presently our education system is just making the students literate but not educated by just providing them the bookish knowledge. students can be educated in real sense with the help of value education

2. स्वाध्याय (Self Realization) शरीर से जीव (रूह – सेल्फ) तक की जानकारी व दर्शन
3. अध्यात्म (Spiritualization) जीव से आत्मा (नूर – सोल) तक की जानकारी व दर्शन
4. तत्त्वज्ञान (True, Supreme & Perfect KNOWLEDGE) अथवा विद्यातत्त्वम् पद्धति
परमाणु से परमात्मा (खुदा-गॉड) की सम्पूर्ण जानकारी सहित दर्शन

क्या है विद्यातत्त्वम् पद्धति ? – NEW EDUCATION SYSTEM
विद्यातत्त्वम् पद्धति को ही परम विद्या भी कहा जाता है जिसका एक उपांग शिक्षा है । ‘विद्यातत्त्वम् पद्धति’ के अन्तर्गत (1) शिक्षा (EDUCATION) (2) स्वाध्याय (SELF-REALIZATION) (3) अध्यात्म (SPRITUALIZATION) (4) तत्त्वज्ञान (TRUE SUPREME AND PERFECT KNOWLEDGE) ये चार विधान आते है जिससे ही सम्पूर्ण की सम्पूर्णतया- संसार, शरीर, जीव, आत्मा, परमात्मा की अलग-अलग जानकारी-दर्शन होता है ।
वास्तव में जब तक पिण्ड और ब्रह्माण्ड के तुलनात्मक अध्ययन के साथ उसमें आपस में तालमेल बनाये रखने हेतु पृथक्-पृथक् पिण्ड और ब्रह्माण्ड की यथार्थतः प्रायौगिक और व्यावहारिक जानकारी तथा ब्रह्माण्डीय विधान मात्र ही पिण्ड का भी विधि-विधान यानी स्थायी एवं निश्चयात्मक विधि-विधान ही नहीं होगा तथा एक मात्र ब्रह्माण्डीय विधि-विधान को अध्ययन पद्धति या शिक्षा प्रणाली के रूप में लागू नहीं किया जायेगा, तब तक अभाव एवं अव्यवस्था दूर नहीं किया जा सकता है, कदापि दूर हो ही नहीं सकता ।
