Since the goals are wide and sweeping, each country may decide to prioritize so as to take
up some goals immediately and others a little later, not forgetting that all of them have to be
pursued, and possibly achieved within a time frame of 15 years.
Academic researchers can think of devising models to suggest to governments and
policy makers on how to implement the goals and ways to measure the progress as the
process moves forward.

The e-way bill checking mechanism should avoid interface between Government officers and vehicles. Everything should be automatic. If any vehicle is found without e-way bill then the system established en-route should inform nearest proper officer to tackle the offending vehicle. The goods and the vehicle both should be impounded so that the vehicle owner will never indulge in such clandestine activity in future.

Welcome to GST. Now designing e-way bill is an important task. The system of e-way bill should be so designed that the information contained in e-way bill should be captured to GSTN without stoppage of vehicle at check post or mobile check point. The toll plazas enter vehicle number and immediately the information should be captured into GSTN. Similarly radio electronic mechanism can be installed on important high ways wherein the GPS based system would capture vehicle number and passes to GSTN.

But first deploy able persons in PRISM and other institutions who can understand and evaluate the innovative ideas and concept or government directly take interest in these concepts. We can solve the problem of plastic pollution..

Respected Sir,

Search Bharath was an amazing initiative. But the fact is people are hardly bothered.

Can we impose some strict rules and impose fine on the citizens who are not following the rules.
May be the plastic bags should be completely banned first.

Thanks & regards
