The Ministry of Culture in collaboration with MyGov invited women to participate in the Bharat Ki Nari In Sari – Selfie Competition and showcase their grace, style, and individuality as they don the beautiful six yards of fabric that have been an integral part of our cultural heritage. The activity was hosted on MyGov from 16th January 2024 to 26th January 2024 and received a total of 1084 submissions.

Bureau of Police Research and Development (BPR&D) under Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) in collaboration with MyGov organized the Video Story Competition on 3 New Criminal Laws in an effort to publicize & enable a better understanding among the youth and masses of the 3 New Criminal Laws: Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023; Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 and Bharatiya Sakshya Adhiniyam, 2023. The contest was hosted on MyGov from 2nd January 2025 till 2nd February 2025 and received the participation of 463 entries.

The Department of Drinking Water & Sanitation (DDWS) under the Ministry of Jal Shakti in collaboration with MyGov has organized Swachh Sujal Gaon-Reel Making Competition for citizens to showcase benefits and efforts made by Swachh Bharat Mission (SBM) and Jal Jeevan Mission (JJM) to transform villages into “Swachh Sujal Gaon”.

The Department of Drinking Water and Sanitation (DDWS) under the Ministry of Jal Shakti in collaboration with MyGov organized the Swachh Bharat Ki Awaaz – A Jingle Making Contest from December 31, 2024, to January 31, 2025. The 373 entries received reflected the awareness and adoption of Swachhata among citizens. There was no mention of any gratification in this contest, but we appreciate the effort and energy you invested in it.

Government of India has officially declared August 23rd as “National Space Day” to celebrate the success of the Chandrayaan-3 mission, which achieved a historic soft landing of the Vikram Lander at the ‘Shiv Shakti’ point and deployed the Pragyaan Rover on the lunar surface on August 23, 2023. National Space Day recognizes significant achievements in space exploration and advances in space technology. It aims to inspire future generations by generating interest in space science among students and showcasing role models in the field. In celebration of this momentous occasion, ISRO in collaboration with MyGov organized the Space Anthem Contest.

The Department of Agriculture & Farmers’ Welfare (DA&FW) under the Ministry of Agriculture & Farmers Welfare in collaboration with MyGov, successfully conducted various activities under the Swasth Dhara Toh Khet Hara campaign to celebrate World Soil Day 2024. These activities aimed to raise awareness about soil health and sustainable farming practices among citizens.

On the occasion of Data Privacy Day 2025, DSCI, in collaboration with MyGov, launched the Data Privacy Quiz to raise awareness about protecting personal data in the age of AI. This year’s theme, ‘Privacy in the Age of AI’, emphasized the need for responsible AI adoption and best practices for safeguarding personal information. We are thrilled to share that the quiz received an overwhelming response, with 20,862 participants engaging in this initiative!

Good Governance Day, observed in India on 25th December to honor the legacy of former PM and Bharat Ratna recipient Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee, emphasizes the importance of transparency, accountability, and citizen-centric governance to ensure inclusive and sustainable development. As part of the celebrations, MyGov hosted the Good Governance Quiz 2024 from 25th December 2024 to 25th January 2025.
