Content Review Policy (CRP)
The content of MyGov shall be reviewed by the content team at MyGov. However, the content creators at Ministry/Department/State levels would also have the privilege to review and send revised content to content publishers, if required.
As a general rule:
The entire metadata repository shall be reviewed in a phased manner over a period of six months to ensure the currency of the content.
Rest of the content shall be reviewed every three months. This includes the following sections:
Groups, Do, Discuss, Poll, Talk, Podcast, Blog, MyGov in Media, About Us, Associate with MyGov, Terms & Conditions, Contact Us, Help, FAQs, Link to Us.
MyGov takes all steps possible to ensure that the data on the platform is accurate. If something is found to be inaccurate MyGov will make every effort to correct said information as quickly as possible. If it is found to be an inaccuracy with the entire system MyGov will work swiftly to correct the problem so that your web experience is as trouble-free as possible. The information contained on MyGov is subject to change without prior notice.
Contingency Management Plan
The MyGov putting all efforts to be functional and running at all times to provide information and services to the users. All possible efforts are being made to minimize the downtime as and when it’s mandatorily required for scheduled/planned maintenance activities. In eventualities like defacement/hacking of the site, data corruption, hardware/software crash and natural disasters, all efforts will be made to restore the site in the shortest possible time.

Content Contribution, Moderation and Approval policy (CMAP)
Content needs to be contributed/created (using the predefined metadata) formed by any of the authorised contributors in a consistent manner to maintain uniformity. In order to present the content as per the requirement of the viewer, and to retrieve the relevant content efficiently, it is required to contribute the content on MyGov through its content management system. Contributed content is moderated and approved through the predefined workflow having relevant roles to access, create, moderate and approve content created. Finally, Content is published by MyGov Publisher only.
