The Government of India declared 15th November as Janjatiya Gaurav Diwas in 2021, to honour the birth anniversary of Bhagwan Birsa Munda, the legendary tribal freedom fighter. This day celebrates the courage, sacrifice, and contributions of tribal leaders in India’s freedom struggle and cultural heritage. It also encourages the younger generation to protect and promote our rich cultural heritage and national pride while focusing on the socio-economic development of tribal regions.

Interpol is holding its 90th Annual General Assembly in New Delhi from October 18 to October 21, 2022. The General Assembly is being held in India as a result of the efforts made by the Government, as 2022 is also the year of our 75th Anniversary of Independence. The Gurugram Metro Rail Limited (GMRL) is a Joint Venture (JV) Company of Government of India (GoI) and Government of Haryana (GoH) which has been recently incorporated to implement Mass Rapid Transport Projects to be undertaken with 50:50 equity contributions by GoI & GoH in the State of Haryana. To celebrate Cyber Security Awareness Month (CSAM) in October 2022, DSCI in collaboration with MyGov organized a Cyber Security Awareness Quiz to spread the importance and necessity for Cyber Security Best Practices among the netizens. The quiz started on 27 October 2022 and ended on 08 November 2022.

Quiz Series on Dekho Apna Desh was organized by the Ministry of Tourism, Government of India in collaboration with MyGov to promote various tourism destinations of India – including the lesser-known destinations and lesser-known facets of popular destinations.

The Ministry of Tourism (MoT), Government of India observed the National Tourism Day on the 25th of January 2022, under the aegis of ‘Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav’, the 75-week grand celebration launched by Prime Minister Narendra Modi to mark 75 years of India’s independence. MoT organised a contest on MyGov to write and compose a Caller Tune in Hindi /English to highlight qualities like the rich cultural heritage of India and its illustrious history.

The National Dam Safety Authority (NDSA), under the Ministry of Jal Shakti, launched a Logo Design Contest for the NDSA from January 15, 2024, to February 14, 2024. As part of this competition, citizens shared logo designs that highlighted the importance of the National Dam Safety Authority.
