The Veer Gatha 4.0 was conducted from 05 September 2024 to 31 October 2024, involving a diverse range of thought-provoking topics. The project included school-level activities, nationwide interaction programs with Gallantry Awardees (both online and offline), and submission of the best entries via the MyGov portal. Students could write about their role models, focusing on Gallantry Award winners, freedom fighters like Rani Laxmibai, the 1857 First War of Independence, and the significant role of Tribal Uprisings in India’s Freedom Struggle. These topics enriched the entries’ quality and deepened the participants’ understanding of India’s historical and cultural heritage. The competition garnered an incredible nationwide response. Approximately 1.76 crore students from around 2.31 lakh schools participated, and 100 meritorious students were selected as winners at the national level. The winners are categorized into four groups: Preparatory Stage (Grades 3-5), Middle Stage (Grades 6-8), Secondary Stage (I) (Grades 9-10), and Secondary Stage (II) (Grades 11-12), with 25 winners from each category. The Ministry of New & Renewable Energy in collaboration with Mygov under the PM Suryaghar: Muft Bijli Yojana Campaign invited citizen to participate in Design a Doodle for PM SURYA GHAR MUFT BIJLI YOJANA contest. The activity was hosted on MyGov from 11th March 2024 to 15th March 2024 and received a total of 97 submissions.

The National Centre for Sports Coaching (NCSC) under the Sports Authority of India in collaboration with MyGov hosted a Logo Design Competition for National Centre for Sports Coaching (NCSC) to create a modern emblem reflecting India’s sports culture and the mission of NCSC. This initiative aimed to invite creative designers to contribute toward shaping the identity of the nation’s premier sports coaching institution.

To mark the 150th birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi, a Painting Competition for 150th Birth Anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi was organized on MyGov, inviting artists to explore and depict the life and legacy of the apostle of peace. This initiative encouraged painters to creatively express Gandhi’s philosophy through their artwork. Held from May 22, 2018, to June 15, 2018, the competition received a total of 233 submissions. To commemorate the 150th birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi, a Photography Competition for the 150th Birth Anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi was launched on MyGov, inviting photographers to capture the life, thoughts, and message of the apostle of peace. This competition aimed to explore Gandhi’s philosophy and ideals through the art of photography.

In celebration of the 150th birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi, the apostle of peace, a nationwide Emblem Design Contest was launched on MyGov to create a symbolic emblem for this significant occasion. The contest, running from May 22, 2018, to June 15, 2018, invited participants to showcase their creativity and contribute to the festivities through their designs.

MyGov organized the Sankalp Se Siddhi Quiz as part of India’s 75th Independence Day celebrations, Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav. The quiz aimed to engage citizens in participatory governance and deepen awareness about national and international developments since 1947. This quiz was hosted from 19 April 2022 to 15 May 2022.

The Ministry of Culture, Government of India organized the “Know Your Museums Quiz” in collaboration with MyGov as a part of the Global Summit on ‘Reimagining Museums in India’ under the Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav, celebrating India’s 75th anniversary of independence and its cultural heritage. This quiz hosted from 3 May 2024 to 16 May 2024.

As part of #kadamkadambadhayeja and #Netaji125, the Ministry of Culture and Amrit Mahotsav team organized an Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose – My Inspiration Essay Writing Contest to honor Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose. This contest is organized in collaboration with MyGov. Participants from all age groups were invited to showcase their creativity and knowledge by writing essays.

Department of Urban Development, GoUP in collaboration with MyGov organized the Uttar Pradesh Safe City Logo Contest on the Safe City Theme. The contest was organized for a week from 25th January 2023 to 31st July 2023 and through this initiative, multiple entries were received from participants of different states and age groups.
