The best way of Promotion of Information and Communication Technology systems in school and adult education is to allot all the possible allocable opportunities of learning and promoting to the privileged reservation categories and corrupt, selfish persons, like chaiwalas who fulfill their dreams "around the world" at the cost of nation's money, shot slogans of good doing to the poor.

It is a very good idea to adopt LED lights but the main hurdle is price of the bulbs and life. In India in most of the states the state electric board does not have proper machinery to control the voltage fluctuation and electric spikes which damages the LED bulbs My suggestions 1. There should be strict control on employees of state board to address customer grievances 2. LED lights should be treated as necessity and subsidy should be provides in terms of exemption from taxes.

Waste management and utilization of it to be made an awareness to publics. Residentials can easily use kitchen waste to generate gas for cooking. It's an easy way to reduce lpg consumptions and there is no need of govt subsidy for lpg. The waste after the generated gas is used as a garden manure. The installation of kitchen waste gas unit cost about 20,000/- and for this central govt gives subsidy for permanent units.

All the State govt should strictly adopt solar water heating systems for residential buildings. It will helps in reducing the consumption of electricity. And also an authority to be appointed, they should check that the installation carried out successfully.

Respected Modi ji, Pranam, ....being your great follower I am giving some suggestions regarding save of electricity on the roads : 1. Road tubelights should be replaced with led lights. 2. Light Supply should be connected with the users of light and expenses should also be charged from the users. 3. Responsibility to ON and OFF the road lights should be fixed on the users.
