Please stop tutorials, coaching centres. These are fleecing people and making school/college lectures seem waste of time. Students are losing respect for their teachers and learning. The rote learning is creating copies not original thinkers. The next generation is tech savvy but it is far less hard working and original. Please stop creating rote machines and for this we have to rebuild our educational institutions and give confidence to sincere seekers and learners and appreciate them.

There are so many good professors/lecturers from B School/Universities retire..there services should be utilized in smaller cities/villages. They can impart good knowledge/skills which will enhance the productivity & skill development from smaller towns/villages. Through digital platforms they should be reached to remote corners of the country through lectures/debates/training. This will bring down the disparity between metros to villages on a large extent. even NRIs/expats can be utilized.
