The country is well endowed with many metallic and non-metallic mineral resources. India is a leading player in respect of many non fuel minerals including, iron ore, ...
Both are essential, class room environment to overlook & understanding scenario where as training to develope mentallly.
sir my opinion is that most of the brilliant student after their 12th opted for medical or engineering, few of them opted for NDA. If the civil service one of the prestigious job is one of the option in front of students than it is good for the Bharat nirman. Their graduation will be completed at the academy for IPS at sardar vallabh bhai patel academy Hyderabad and for IAS at Mussorie just like it is done in national defence academy khadwasla Pune.

both the class room education and practical training education is important for developing better skill.all colleges provides both educations but after completing their graduation they should have knowledge about how to face the problems and how it should be solve.they should have adapt themselves in different environment. because college life, employee life is different.
It is best developed by proper training and best followed also by a proper monitoring by vigilance authorities whether the proper guidelines laid down by the govt for the purpose regarding safety, pollution, is followed or not in practical field.
Class room environment provides basic knowledge of the matter but a proper training by well trained / expert people vis-a-vis class room education may change the scenario. There must be a vigorous training before joining the sector.
I think both the class room education and practical training education important for developing better skill in mining or any other technical sector.
Certificates are not of use if a person does not understand the concept right and usage of the knowledge. It has to be theory+Practical sessions combined will only make this right.
PM can initiate dialogue with Indian community in Aus. Aus university is doing great business with India. What opportunity it provides to India. Can Indian bring those processes back to Indian Universities to make it world class. India can look for raw materials for critical industries. Indian skilled manpower can be sent to Aus in bulk. Joint universities/ sports academy/ Film production/ research/ marine exploration etc can be explored. Army / navy training can be explored. Export of Textiles
