The country is well endowed with many metallic and non-metallic mineral resources.  India is a leading player in respect of many non fuel minerals including, iron ore, bauxite, dolomite, lime stone and mica.  Mining sector (non-fuel) currently accounts for approx 0.5% of GDP.  For accelerated economic growth on sustainable basis, this sector has to grow at a much faster pace to secure   a higher percentage in the GDP.

Scientific, sustainable and transparent mining practices require well trained manpower.  Skill development not only enhances productivity and safety at work place, but more importantly, it prepares the manpower to adapt to the new state of art technologies. Currently this sector employs around 0.2 Million workforce which is estimated to grow to 0.3 Million in next 10 years.

My question without adding artificial words is Why the skilled individual prefer to leave the country? The Answer to the question is again very simple and is For better Life and better life is directly dependent on better parks and hassle free life.
We do require a Charter Accountant to pay income tax. WHY?
Simplify the taxation and finish the Inspector RAJ if You Can.
Training on job is YES.

In China medicines branded with “Made in India” particularly Cancer medicines are banned & seller if found is prosecuted as per News report scanned herewith for your perusal.
If it is so, Medicines produced & “Made in China” be banned if sold in India or Chinese Govt be pursued for necessary relaxations.

In Any Business a middle man is needed . I would like to recommend Government should take the place of the middle man or broker with public and private joint venture. It can obviously give the right money to producer or creator and local market have the same thing in very low cost as no private broker is involved. It Will obviously give a revenue for government also and give a lot of scope for the corporate sector which can be a great job creator. It Also give a solid grip for the local market.

police FIR and Diary Should be online and centralized like call center services to handle the same and must have a escalation system maintaining local-> District -> State -> Home Minister(Central ) binary tree structure .

Now a days, a problem what people are suffering from in private sector is safety of their jobs. They give 100% to their jobs, but since their is no policy on job security when you are working in private sectors, they can fire you anytime with wage reasons or force you to resign within certain period of time.Reasons can be any cost cutting or anything else. There should be certain checks on such companies for job security of employs. Earning Higher package is now becoming a threat to job security

R/Sir,
I want to share something to you, while One side we are enhancing “Swach Bharat” revolution, other side please see, what is going around us:
“RANI ROH”, a Rainy river, which is passing by BHEL, Haridwar (Daily thousands of us crossing it).
Now it has been converted in a Very chemically Polluted Nala, which is polluting over land, air, field, agriculture, ground water, and of course our Maa Ganga. I don’t want to blame anybody, but seriously want to make it clean as it was.

Sir, Corruption is the main issue of India. If we are corruption free, I confidently say that our India is the world power country. Sir, right now I am finding such type of issues. I start with the colleges and universities of the India and got some documents related income tax issues, affiliation corruption from UGC and AICTE etc. This is first needful things to Sachchha India.Sir, but support from your side is the most important for me. I want to see 'India' as 'the India'- the world power.
