Balance Growth in Tourism and Environment

Start Date :

How can we balance growth in tourism with preserving the balance in nature i.e. not harming the local environment?
1.By structured planning and imposing strict penalties on the offenders.
2.A well reach out plan should be engineered of the specific place to built it as a tourist spot.
By implementing strict rules toward locals in making buildings and shops as per prescribed plan. The prescribed standards by govt. should be at par with Switzerland. If the locals do not follow such standards, they should be given jail time and must be heavily penalized. Apart from this govt. must make better roads. Religious tourism must be minimum, because all temples, mosques and churches have become centers of looters, criminals and janus faced hypocrites. There's no truth left there anymore
After #selfiwithdaughter के बाद #selfiwithtree भी होना चाहिये..पर्यावरण भी एक गंभीर मुद्दा है। जनजागृति लाना जरूरी है।
Ban Plastics in tourism places .so we can easily create tourism without destroing the nature
Also, through Happy Travelling Girl initiative we plan to enroll and support GOI to create a social media platform where all the verified travellers worldwide can register and they can support each other to travel in India or probably event travel together.
Happy Travelling Girl is a women traveler community. Many women in India wish to explore so many things in life but by stopped by many societal and family pressures. We wish to create an active community of fearless women solo travellers sharing their experiences and inspiring others not only to travel, but to take a stand for themselves. The cause here, for this project, is that "India is safe for women to travel". https://www.facebook.com/happytravellinggirl

Tourism department is run by those govt officials who did not study "Tourism Management" and they do not have depth knowledge about tourism. Therefore, to recruit officers and staffs for government tourism dept, it should be insisted that the candidate must studied Tourism Management subject in Degree/PG level. Studying other subjects like Pol Sc, History people r becoming offr in tourism dept and unable to improve tourism. That is problem. Tourism sub should be included for IAS exam.
Understand from the locals of the Srinagar that the tourist have never been targeted in Srinagar(or for that matter in (Kashmir) even during unrest.
I recently visited Kashmir(Srinagar, Pahalgam). People are vey hospitable, courteous and nice. However the mammoth variation in prices of handicrafts and other products and services of the place puts the tourist off. Government might think of releasing a price list of goods and services that could serve as a guideline for the tourist while purchasing goods and services. Addition of entertainment centres like cinema hall, games parlour etc. could further boost tourism to the city.
