Discuss best practices by State Governments and across the world which have given a boost to tourism.
M.P. govt has started a policy of connecting all religious places with the train network.
In our group housing society of 51 households decentralised waste management has been commenced and many adjoining societies have started looking for similar solutions. We started about 5-6 months ago organising workshops for ladies children and maids of the colony on waste segregation at household level in food and recyclable dry waste. Dry waste is collected daily by Kabadis and disposed off and food waste is dumped into a waste pit which is sprayed with cow dung slurry so as to ensure .cond
In order for the world to get a glimpse of what Indian States can offer for tourism, the government can paint each Air India Dreamliner aircraft fuselage and rail with one state colour and specific theme Of the state. Air india being the brand ambassador of india can be the brand ambassador for every state . This would eventually provide the national carrier with some extra ancillary revenue as well.
Create a portal where people can mention about their state's tourist places and can share their improvements idea. Which can be improved and promoted.
Strict laws need to be made for Vendors in tourist places, proper waste disposal system need to be taken care. Connectivity and Help desk need to be available. Beautification is also important along with cleanles.
I know that india is a big country and have various types of culture environment, tourists places, foods, people, languages, lok git( folk songs), ( folk dance) .
It always has been a gr opportunity for every state of india to attract tourists but when we go to details we attracted tourists but not as much as we can.
The main reason is that we have large no. of tourist places that even a indian can't go everywhere and see the beauty of india.
As we know that there are many channels
One thing which I liked in most of the countries I have visited is the way they have developed their independence history into a tourism industry, especially USA. We too have big independence history with so many small but significant places to show viz Meerut, Kakori, Chauri Chaura. We can use some old train coach to build a museum near railway station in Kakori. 3D/4D shows can show the way Bhagat Singh and company looted the train. This will generate employment for local hotels/auto/taxi etc.
Sir I don't. Know you follow our massage or not . one thing I say to you in recently we sew in TV that you request to the people those are solvent that can not take subsidy from the LPG. that is really good step of your govt. But one thing I can't understand why you can't say the MPs that that can't take any subsidy from the canteen of our parliament..
Medical Tourism :
Can we make Medical Tourism with PPP mode under Incredible India!
1. one online portal, through which International patients can select hospital and doctors and make online payments
2. Best Hospitals can participate in that program from all over India
3. Separate Administration can take care of Visa, Airport pickup and drop off with special care - Make process easiest.
4. Make sure to keep every payment electronic and with receipt - to give them trust
tourism can be improved by
1) bicycles for rent by private people on contract
2) make tourism festivals and carnivals in different seasons in different places with toilets
3) tourists should get a chance to perform there skills in tourists places
4) places should be connected by mini airports and railway stations over india
5) 24/7 security apps or gps tags should be arranged to foreign visitors
6) tourism department course should be introduced in every state with 15 limited seats
My first suggestion is to improve the look and feel of Website incredibleindia.org .
It should have content better than other websites.
