Digital locker site and other government sites containing user data must run over HTTPS otherwise its easy to steal user details and data traveling over the network. Hackers can easily steal such information and can misuse it. If it happens then not only it will put all such plans to risk but also defeat the purpose of the digital India initiative. Apart from HTTPS, there are other security related points which must be taken care of. I can contribute to this activity if required.

A project of such size is best if it is open source and is tested by croud sourcing. A potential security breach in such a system due to an unseen bug in proprietary code would be disasterous. The way I see, all proprietary closed source applications are bound to be buggy. I wouldnt want to loose my complete identity and all my property documents because of some software bug. A layman might take government's promise of security but as an engineer, I wouldnt trust it unless I see it for my self.

Respected Modi Ji, Why the youth of India still not awaking? I can see clearly everyone is first doing their best to fill their own pocket and then they think about other later. Is it so that youth of India is feeling insecure? Earlier in old days there was a backup of ancestors land, farming which gave courage and hope to youth. But now a days it is clearly we can see that youth of India is going out of the track due to lack of correct vision. People who are guiding them are themselves corrupt.

Aadhar is intended only to supply our data to foreign linked private companies. Hosting services are offered cheap by foreign nations just to get our data. If only the government had spent the millions, it spent for aadhar, for a good cause like setting up data centres in India to provide hosting services cheap in india, it would have been better. But then how can the government officials supply data to foreigners? I am constrained to question the integrity of those behind aadhar project.
