Digital Locker is one of the key initiatives under the Digital India Programme. A beta version (http://digitallocker.gov.in) of the same has been released on 10th Feb. 2015, by Department of Electronics and Information Technology (DeitY), Govt. of India.

Digital Locker is aimed at minimizing the usage of physical documents and enable sharing of e-documents across agencies. The sharing of the e-documents will be done through registered repositories thereby ensuring the authenticity of the documents online. Residents can also upload their own electronic documents and digitally sign them using the e-sign facility. These digitally signed documents can be shared with Government organizations or other entities.

Key features of the Digital Locker System are:

• 10 MB of free space in digital locker to residents to access their documents through Uniform Resource Identifier (URI) and also securely store e-documents.
• e-sign online service to digitally sign documents

Residents are invited to use the Beta version of the Digital Locker System and provide suggestions and feedback on the same. Suggestions are also invited on the use cases for services which can be additionally provided by the Digital Locker System.

Dear Shri.Narendra Modi Ji & all my Dear Citizens,
Current problem of our medical system is we have solution for every problem but all citizen can never afford the solution. Having enough solution poor citizen are dieing bcz of lack of money for medical expenses. We have many charitable trusts which r ready to help this people. we just need a platform for both of them to reach each other. I need ur help.

So much for the ease of business . the income tax department allocates PAN without looking intoo the jurisdictions accracy. My company address is delhi but I am allotted PAN with assessing jurisdiction in Bangalore. Now keep on discussing with PAN authorities they dont listen to you , they ask to to apply for migration and never act on that.

Dear Modiji,
The common man expectations are,
1.The income tax slabs for the common and middle class should be increased.
2.Benefits to agricultural sectors to revive drastically( by way of providing better storage,education and to earn more)
3.Housing loans for common man and middle man (like upto 3000000) to be given a special rates.
4.Grievance cells in all ministries to work more efficient way
5.Zero tolerance on corruption and everything should be made digital and E-governance

Till this time privatization and globalization has changed the form of urbanization.But This urbanization is much pathetic and spoil than earlier.life has changed with its rules just becaus of human unfair activities.

Sir yesterday i met a small kid and he was a beggar ,he asked me some money with some emotions ...what do you think i should have do......? Should i gave him money to raise his confidence in his work or should i ignore it by forgetting humanity.!!

Dear Modiji,
Like yourself,we are not seeing much of a proactive fast working,result and task oriented ministers in your cabinet.
People are expecting unusual things in your regime which is going to be the negative factor for your govt.
You cannot satisfy them like others as their expectations from you is something beyond the common administrators and politicians can do.

Sir education is only means which can uplift the people of india from poverty but no one cares for basic education in village where real india lives .Every effort is based on responsibilty of teachers who are regularly demorlized by officals at every label.i think that there need of doing a lot in this field and i want your kind attention inthis field

Your top priorituies should have the following.
1.System to be explored to earn more for agriculturists.
2.Sanitation and clean water to all.
3.Free education in all institutes to all
4.Free medical top class facilities to all
5.BPL to move in your regime to middle class and middle class to upper middle class should be your focus.
This will make in the minds of people of india in history,you might be the undisputed leader.

Dear Modiji,
I bring the following things to your attention.
1.There is no systematised ways and means of schools and colleges functioning in Tamil nadu.There is absolutely no control on fees and admission and mostly run by politicians and businessmen for commercial purposes.This should be regulated and pucca systems to be explored.
2.River water nationalisation should be taken as early as possible with timeframe.
3.Safety,cheap aviation to all areas.

Sir about the internal marks given by college's

. They do injustice woth students performing good in practical but they dont gove marks. Marks are given according to how we have relation with teachers. So please find out a way so that next generation should not go under such problems

corruption always started from the politicians with elections. To reduce campaign expenditure and corrtion it is necessary to reduce election expenditure and voting mandatory. Both are very simple that if we introduces the following ideas. One is introduce e voting with secured authentication. Second is if a person not voted in a particular election with specified reason, he will loose benefits enjoyed from the governments such as concessional rate of gas cylinder,power,etc
