We should not give preferance to Make Smart Cities, we should give preference firstly to Managed/Secured/FullProof/Durable system for whatever we have.liked, we need to start Camera Recording in at least lower courts, government offices, bus stand, buses, trains. public places and uses of technology by the govt. offices/courts and proper electricities, water supplies, drainages, roads, street lights.We need to make our citizens smart through technology and then cities would automatically smart.

After delhi election, it is needed that in Budget 2015 that a special slab/scheme should be brought for Poor/illiterate persons to file Income Tax Return.liked, A single page form should be filled, pay limited or fixed tax and get benefits for granting bail in court, get benefit in PM Jandhan Yogna Bank a/c. such form should be filled easily and filed in Bank, wherein his bank a/c lies. We need to add Poor/illiterate for bank/IT/pay n get benefit in laws like BAIL Granting,Uses of Technologies.

(1) Government should formulate a woman security force (may be in the name of Nirbhaya Woman Safety Force) in Delhi who is working round the clock to monitor Delhi. This would not only generate security for woman, but also lots of job opportunities for woman officers on duty.
(2)This should be publicized that X thousand odd woman safety officers would be working round the clock and anyone found guilty or caught would be dealt with extreme punishments to create fear among criminals.

Every MPs/MLAs/PARSHADs/PANCHs/their designates should be strictly come within P.C.ACT 1988 and every concerning Citizen can approach/Complaint them for their problems. Even aforesaid members should be liable to forward/insist/compel a police or other concerning department to lodge/resolve complaint as earliest. We must invest or spend money for technology through this method while implement Digital India. Above member can check truth/false at his level and take action as he thinks fit.

HR department needs to be do something on fees being charged by pvt. Schools. There is absolutely no control, no dialogue with parents and every year fees goes up. These days it’s impossible to get admissions as well as the cost of education per child is anywhere between 60-100k. Even if cost of fuel comes down, cost of transportation is increased. No logic and rational! Where does an Aam Admi go. All schools are money making machines and their income should be periodically audited. You take any school, starts with few rooms, in few years grows to a huge building / campus and then multiplies as branches. How is this possible , if it’s Not for profit! Point to Ponder ! Why not CAG audits of the schools. They should earn profit , but a certain capped %. Not unlimited. They pay meagre salaries to teacher compared to the work they extract from them.

Primary Education to Graduation system needs paradigm shift & new approach. We are still in the age of Rotting, without much of application. Let it be creative, aptitude based etc. Involve more young principal across the country to brain storm and come out with ways to make school education – meaningful, interesting to individual, society at large. Involve courses / stories / case studies on character building, civic sense, value systems of India, Heritages & Culture etc themes in young age. Involve debating , physical education, NCC, NSC, scouts and guides etc at school level to inculcate the value of society / community living.
When so much salary being paid in Govt. schools, why not there be a bonus system (part of salary) which is linked to the performance of the teachers. Simple but meaningful matrix can be worked out to assess their performance and aids to schools from Govt. should also be based on the outcome and performance of the school.

DD News has made good improvements & today has best coverage compared to pvt. Channels. One idea to further improve viewership – let all Govt. and PSU dept. publish their Job Vacancies in DD News channel. Benefits – a) better outreach b) viewership shall also go up c) save valuable money by Not publishing ads in Pvt Newspapers (which is very expensive). Technicalities can be worked out by Govt.
