If a centralised complaint/FIR/GD filing system is provided to the people of India, malfuntioning of any policing system will be drastically reduced at once. Even complaint by SMS from registered mobile can enhance women safety. Policing system is one of the strongest pillar of our democracy. Let's make policing independent from influential politicians and bad practices, let's reduce crime in India. By online filing, no one can deny to take an FIR !

the predicative work to be done by govt and private and politicians in this programm to create awareness schools are major for rural parents to get educated by these programme, colleges should conduct an awareness programmes every week to there nearby villages/slums, to develop knowledge about the benefits and proper utilization as an academic activity. And the funding to be done by corporate and others public partnerships to effective run.
To bridge the gap, everything should be in e-technology,so the people should be learn this by their own interest for getting the things done.and more awareness should be created as an interactive sections with public by various govt and corporate in a very large scale to get more people involve in it, rural people should be available complete information near gram panchayat and near hospitals and other public gathering area for creating awareness among the public. to get the govt benifits.

People participation will only increase if majority of the people have basic knowledge in the use of computers. This will enable them to use the internet for dealing with the government and banks. Arrange free workshops for people who are interested in learning the use of internet. Furthermore if possible make tablets available to public at very reasonable prices. In India I am sure a cheap tablet having basic functions can be produced in a reasonable short time.
