Well the first step belongs to people. There are many who come to the parents of abnormal children and trick them into using their medicines to treat them. Then the passerby have to stop overlooking the person as if that person is an alien. This really hurts the guardian.

The outlook of the government has to change first. All structres and institutions (policies and schemes) should be inclusive. Then only 'differently abled' persons can have access to opportunities equal with others and over period of time people would be able to accept and respect diversity.

#MyGov There is a disability called Autism where the functioning of brain is altered and we don't know the reason why. I have 2 brothers,twin who are suffering from it and there is little help from the government for it and the amount alloted for Autistic kids is not reached to them and more importantly is how people are prejudiced about them.If they are walking on the street abs behave a little abnormal I can hear mutterings saying that they are mad and it must change.

More and more educational programmes and encouraging the at par with normal people will enhance values. There should be more schools or institutes to promote their normal life and balance so as to confidently run their life without any hindrances. Motivational programmes should be conducted and raise their levels of confidence to bring them at par with other normal people around. Exchange of lives, such as male should lead life with a differently abled person, vise versa and encourage.

i am having disability like does not have sweat glands and 85 percent of absense of teeth. it is congenital disease by genetic disorder. i cannot bare normal heat also. Like this way some other persons also available seldom. I observed on the hindu article that two persons given physically handicapped certificate. in the same way i approached dist meedical board they denied it. what should i have to do. Can i get PHC Certificate or not.
