How do you think we can further change our outlook and attitude towards the specially-abled? What efforts do we need to take in bringing them to the mainstream?

Dear Prime Minister, whenever any natural disaster takes place or there are deaths due to unnatural circumstances such as road, rail accidents, terrorist attacks, riots, stampedes or any such other occurences, there is no one to look after the next of kin or orphaned children of the victims of such tragedies. I suggest to you to start a Dept of Rehabilitation under the Ministry of Home Affairs, which can provide relief & succour to families of such victims, education & caring for their children.

We need to change the attitude of the people who think they(specially abled ) are in capable of things. I think what they can do , we cant..They should not be treated in different manner. How much strong they are, we normal people cant be so strong like them. 1. They should be treated under a well renounced doctor for no cost. 2. We can provide them with better opportunities in Government sectors as well as private sectors as per the work demand. 3.They can be the part of the police force.(cbi)

Change the policy to allow all the amount spent for the betterment of differently-abled people can be non-taxable. There should not be any cap. This way parents can feel they are getting necessary support from the people of India.

Eunuchs (Third gender) are totally neglected human beings by the society. My suggestion is - Open up a large manufacturing industry,(Housing complex,Dispensary,Playground included) for this gender only and let them be self sufficient (Till date, they are just begging & are burden to society).
