MORE FUNDS TO BE ALLOTTED BY FM IN BUDGET FOR THE SPECIALLY ABLED. ENCOURAGE THESE PEOPLE MORE BY SPOTTING THE EXTRA TALENT, DEVELOPING THIS TALLENT ( Manifold increase in Govt. Assistance, so that their Parents / Guardians can concentrate more on up-bringing this talent, as most of them will have special talent ). ALSO, INCOME-TAX REBATES FOR PARENTS / GUARDIANS OF SPECIALLY ABLED, HAS TO BE INCREASED. EVEN, GOVT. CAN THINK OF LIFE INSURANCE OF THEIR PARENTS-where the benefit will go to such Specially Abled Persons in the form of Annuity / Pension, upon the death of Parents / Guardian.
