( 5 ) THE FIFTH PUNISHMENT IS TO GO TO " THE CONCERNED DEPARTMENT FOR SEAL, SIGNATURE & ENTRY IN THE BOOK WITH THAT Dr. CERTIFICATE. ( 6 ) THE SIXTH WORK WILL BE " TO GO TO RAILWAYS / TRANSPORT AUTHORITY TO AVAIL CONCESSION ." THIS PROCESS HAS TO BE REPEATED EVERY 5 YEARS OR SO. HENCE, IT WOULD BE FINE ON THE PART OF GOVT.
