providing them skill development, better and equal job opportunities, treating them as a normal human being , motivating entreprenuer to recruit such people to avail tax benefits and goodwill, training and workshops should be given emphasis for their personality and intellectual development. schools should be encouraged to add sections and make such children get educatiom with other children so that they should feel themselves cut-off from society.

The PWD Act is toothless. Lack strong enforcement provisions. Add a all pervasive definition of "Barrier Free Environment" in the Act. Barrier can be defines as anything real or virtual that affects adversely the life and work of a PWD in work environment, social environment, commercial environment and is required by a PWD for his daily action or performance. It includes everything that is required for facilitating a PWD at any work, place and his house."

Worked with the differently abled people in Sydney and back to country to bring the change. Each one needs to be made a social entrepreneur. Each one has an individual character which is unlike anyone on this earth and we need to identify that and help them in making it their skill set. Changing attitude would be possible if we have more of them speak in public and talk about their stories. Sharing would bring awareness.

I am a fresher ,just joined a company. Some disabled people who are in any N G O are recognized by us, that they need help. There are many more around who are just laying on the roadside and waiting for whole day in hope that may be anybody comes and gives them something.I started offering sweets to them on every Sunday .I think if every person around us takes responsibility of any day and does same thing then we can some day achieve reduction in poverty and increment in brotherhood.
