sunday 10 may 2015, time 6.30 pm, !)* bus , MHOI a - LA 5114, conductor very rude to us. HE said, you should come behind and take ticket, while we were waiting for him to attend passengers in the front, and left money with bus driver . HE said it was not his responsibility to come to passengers. He said, passengers should go to conductor and buy tickets. Is there a code of conduct for conductors?? Let there be a code of conduct for all conductors and fine for them too ....

Can there be special buses for differently abled population, with sensitive, decent, sober, empathizing drivers and conductors , with utmost respect for ladies ??Even in general buses , conductors and drivers behave very badly and talk in loud volume and bad gazes at women .

Continuing point on BEST bus drivers and conductors... Who checks what kind of quarters they take breaks in , after 1-way scheduled ride gets completed ?Are they hygienic enough ? Why ar ebuses crowded ? Why si there no limit for certain number of people sitting and standing in BEST buses ? Why 50-70 people get crowded in the centre portion, meant for already boarded passengers to exit , when their bus stop comes ??

Hello Modi sir and his team who checks our posts , Attitude towards special population in India is very stigmatised .I am a qualified counsellor as well as an ECE teacher, but currently unemployed.Looking for a good suitable job, nearby to my house. BEST buses drivers and conductors are rude to general public, including differently abled people. BEST drivers do not respect passengers . Why are most of the BEST drivers above 50 yrs of age ?? who employs them ? Who checks whether they are sober

Shri Modiji There is so much more awareness for disabilities these days. I would like to bring to your notice that nothing much has been done for vocational training and skill development for students with Cognitive disability, Autism etc. Best practices of skill development for special persons have to be initiated and implemented by the government. There should be training centres where students will qualify themselves to the extent possible and be made ready for open employment

Specially abled persons shall be considered in the upcoming Housing Policy also. Design of all new constructions should be user friendly for Specially abled persons. Any new Housing Colony with more than 100 members should have one or two units where the Physically or mentally differently abled persons can be taken care by the Society when no relatives are available to take care of them.

Almost a year ago me and some others started an organization for girl child and specially abled children. But we want it to be more than just a friend circle. Can anyone help us or lead us to broaden our path? Any kind of suggestion is cordially accepted. Jai Hind.

it is about being sensitive. the parents, family should take steps to ensure that right from the childhood the differently abled have their rightful rights. the diffently abled then overcome their physical short comings and strengthen their abilities and participate in the society as a important part and not a burden. it is they themselves who have to fight for the kind of infrastructure required at all areas for them to be able to live independently and move freely and live with pride.
