There is 1 suggestion which my elder brother suggested, which can increase employment for physically disabled people, who are unable to walk,

Those people can be employed as traffic inspector, which can be deployed at traffic junction points & they can handle the traffic by signalling traffic signals via there hands, in this way, we can provide respectable employment to those people also & make them self dependent.

GoI is paying interest of Rs. 6816/- per year per family consuming 12 LPG cylinder. There are many cities where the facility of piped natural gas is available. The initial cost of Rs. 5000/- (interest free security deposit) for PNG connection is deterring economically weaker section of society to opt for the Green Fuel. GoI can assist this segment of society by paying the deposit of Rs. 5000/- to CGD company against which it can save the year on year subsidy of Rs. 6816/- .

We must change our attitude towards differently-abled people.No matter in what way we meet them,as neighbours,classmates,fellow passengers or any other possible way,we must learn to respect their dignity.Growing up with a disability and living with it is a big challenge they are facing and our attitude should not aggravate their problem rather it should be friendly and cooperative,so that they don't feel different but only one amongst us.They expect love from us more than unwanted sympathy.

The help of SCIENTISTS may be taken to develop ROBOTIC Artificial Body Parts for attaching them in place of deficient/defective Body Parts of differently-abled persons instead of OLD CONVENTIONAL assistance presently being used (like CRUTCHES etc. used as an aid for walking).
Thus, the differently-abled persons may be able to walk & lift articles etc. almost as conveniently as any other person.
