Changing attitude towards differently-abled

How do you think we can further change our outlook and attitude towards the specially-abled? What efforts do we need to take in bringing them to the mainstream?
Sir in the government level also the reservation system shall be enforced for the vacancies especially to the differently abled persons shall get an employment opportunity at govt. Jobs and the private employment too. Submitted for your kind perusal sir. Arun Kaliaapan.
Sir proper advertisement and top priority should be extended to the differently abled person those have shown individual performance, sir for e.g. I can say, I have seen in a bus stand, the differently abled persons are performing a road show to beg the money from the public. Even with the disabled leg, they were dancing wonderfully, even rotating with their head. Sir, my point these kind things should be published and made popularity in the public rather than the cine actors.

The grievance redresses meeting shall be conducted by the district head on monthly once basis to the head quarter and the appropriate action should be taken for the received grievances. In addition to that the public meeting shall be called on monthly once basis with the presence of the district head. In the meeting itself the differently abled persons shall be asked to express about their views and the difficulties that they are facing at their daily life. contd..
Sir, the system as said by me in above is an organization level. The same award system shall be followed in the public level open meeting if any of the differently abled people has done good works either to the nation or to the publics. The distribution of the award shall with the presence of the district head and the district head should apprise them in the open meeting. This will lot of encouragement to them sir. contd..
In the same management, if the differently abled employee has done a good works, the same shall be awarded to him in an open meeting with the top management and with the presence of all the employees of the organization. In addition to that these employees shall be given an opportunity to host the national flag at the organization during either the Independence Day or republic day celebrations. contd..
In which, the grievance redresses committee shall be formed and the top priority shall be given to the grievances received from the differently abled employees and the appropriate corrective action should be taken by the management immediately.

2. In the other side also the public should realize their social responsibility among the differently – abled persons. In which I can say one example sir, Take any type of industry, if the differently abled person has got an clerical level employment opportunity, the co- staff members should help such person for his development in that organization. contd..

My suggestion on changing attitude towards differently-abled is as follows.
1. Sir, first we have to eliminate the discourage mentality prevailing among the differently abled persons. In which appropriate counseling shall be conducted to them to remove such thinking from them.

Respected sir, main aapse ye niwedan hai ki hamare desh ki aantrik aur sima ki surackcha aur sakht karne ki awsyakta hai kyonki agar humare desh ki surakcha vyavatha sakht hogi to huma apne desh ke vikas jaldi kar payege aur humare simawarti chetra viwad jald se jald nipta karke adunik takniko aur setelite ke jariye nirantar boder ki nigrani kar sake. thanywad,

One simple thing which we can do is to promote them.for example if a TV show is made where they can show some of the physically challenged people who have been able live their life to fullest n achieve their goals despite of odds,other people like them will be motivated..motivation s all that they need..They can do wonders
