Most important among all things is close co-ordination & collaboration within all Govt departments. The PWD/CPWD,Nagar Nigam, Jal Nigam, Nirman Nigam, LDA etc. before taking any repair/development/reconstruction work ; should inform all other concerned departments, through mail/sms/putting information on their respective web-sites. eg.
