New video games on disaster management should be developed and should be given to schools all over India where by playing these games the students will develop sense and ways of disaster management. For instance there may be a game where player has to save maximum number of people by applying his disaster management skills. this way learning can be fun and will develop a sense of responsibility amongst Indian youth.

govt should do away for residential proof for address change atleast for non subsidy customer or others(subsidy customer) it should make kyc norm more simpler. How can a customer provide address proof of new resident immediately. First thing customer do after the changing the resident, apply for LPG address change. Now since there is DBT, address proof should be done away with as long as the bank account is not changed

I want to bring to your kind consideration that please improve complain page always not working online, and when we paid amount refill cylinder there is option cost of refill may differ at the time of delivery of refill delivery boy asking more money they did not provide receipt so i request you please take some money extra to adjust to avoid involve gas agency and delivery boy when you giving subsidy that time you adjust the consumer money

जैसे जब ऑनलाइन पेमेंट करते हैं वहां आप ने एक ऑप्शन दिया है जो यह है निचे इंग्लिश में
The amount for refill cylinder paid is based on current price. The actual cost of refill may differ at the time of delivery of refill

LPG Emergency Service cell : There is already this service available across India. 1906 is a Toll Free number for customers of Indane or Bharatgas or HP gas to call for during LPG leakage and emergencies during off hours or on Sundays and holidays or even during working hours. But it is better to call your respective LPG distributors during working hours and 1906 during off working hours. This service of 1906 is free and has been started since 01 Dec 2015
