LPG is a dominant cooking fuel of urban population and also, steadily penetrating in rural areas replacing other traditional sources of fuel which included fire wood, cow dung, coal, etc.

There are nearly 17 crore LPG consumers in the country with average refill of 35 lakh cylinders per day. The reach of LPG connections as well as providing timely services to the consumers has always kept in pace with the technological innovations. Provision of timely services and attending the grievances of the consumers continues to be critical for consumers’ satisfaction.

Available Web as well as Mobile phone based applications are extensively used to enable the new customers to get LPG connections and the existing customers to avail services. The Ministry has been taking all measures to leverage the Digital India initiative to make it more consumers friendly.
Presently, following citizen friendly services are being offered for the prospective and existing LPG consumers.

•Book Cylinder through IVRS -– allows consumer to book refill through their registered mobile number.
•Track Refill – It’s both Web and App based facility which shows consumer last 3 booking & delivery date
•Know Your Distributor –Web based facility provides distributor name, address, contact no , Sales officers name & email id
•Talk to Us – connects to call centre managed round the clock.
•Request for 2nd cylinder – allows consumer with single cylinder connection to request for additional cylinder.
•Mechanic Service – allows consumer to register request for mechanic service.
•Surrender connection – allows consumer to register request for surrendering connection.
•Rate your distributor – allows consumer to rate distributor on 5 service parameters, which enables the consumer to ascertain the quality of services provided by the distributor.
•Bank Detail – allows consumer to update Bank details for becoming Cash Transfer Complaint to avail the subsidy under ‘PaHal’ scheme.
•Opt out of Subsidy – provides option to ‘GiveItUp’ of LPG subsidy.
•Feedback Status – allows consumer to check status of any feedback submitted earlier

Ministry further wants to bring new innovations/improvement in services provided with an aim to enhance ‘quality’ of the services provided and transparency in transactions. Therefore, suggestions/creative inputs are solicited from the all the stakeholders on improving the services using communication platforms.

राम मंदिर बनाम पर्यटन अयोध्या में राम मंदिर का ऐतिहासिक महत्व है इसलिए पर्यटन को बढ़ावा मिलेगा. उत्तर प्रदेश में मुसलमानों को रोजगार मिलेगा. मंदिर के आसपास अगरबत्ती, फूल मालाएं, भगवान की मूर्तियां ,खिलौने, चाय, पूरी सब्जी आदि की दुकान खोलकर रोजगार पा सकते हैं. पीपल टू पीपल कनेक्टिविटी बढ़ेगी. मुस्लिम युवक बेचेंगे और हिंदू खरीदेंगे तो हिंदू मुस्लिम एक दूसरे में घुल मिल जाएंगे इस प्रकार सांप्रदायिक सौहार्द बढ़ेगा.

मैं चाहता हु की जो लोग govt. Job में हो और अपने जिले से बाहर किराये के मकानों में रहते हैं उन्हें LPG कनेक्शन आसानी से और कार्यरत विभागों के प्रमाण पत्र के आधार पर मिलना चाहिए ।

there are lot of people still who are using LPG and goes to agency for queries and wait in long queues. Slow process. kindly open more agencies and staff in particular area so the process goes fast. Ensure agencies and staff contact nos. working properly and always picked up fast. update give it up message spread thru mobile service also. refund the amount to consumers while give it up.

देश के अनेक नगर निगमों ऑनलाइन सुविधाये दी जारही है, इन सुविधाओ को खीजने में वक्त लगता है. नागरिको को कम समय में सुविधाओ का लाभ मिले इसके लिए देश के सभी नगर निगमों की वेब साईट बनाने के बजट में प्रावधान किया जाना चाहिए

I want to suggest that in cities LPG should be supplied through Pipe line, its reduce the consumption of fuel it’s also safe way for handling it . And misuse of domestic gas is prohibited.

I want to suggest that in each industrial area we make a nearby LPG distribution centre and LPG supplied in industries through Pipe line , and it’s have prepaid meter so that misuse of domestic gas is prohibited in industries

माननीय मोदी जी और प्रधान जी आपके आधार बेस सब्सिडी का अच्छा रिस्पांस रहा और लग 30 प्रतिशत कनेक्शन multiple कनेक्शन के कारण बंद हो गए। लेकिन HP गैस सारे कनेक्शन को चालू कर रखा है और उनका नाम change करके दूसरे के नाम से कनेक्शन बना रही है। जिससे की स्कीम का रिस्पांस नहीं मिल रहा है जबकि IOC और BP दोनों हो कनेक्शन को बंद कर रही है।

our door-door deliverer of LPG cylinder charges extra Rs 20 per cylinder and if you deny the payment then they won't bring the cylinder.And when you call the local distributor for the non delivery,he asks us to come to office and take cylinder by ourself. It seems there is nexus between the distributor and door-door deliverer. Local Distributor Address:Pal Gas services (B-265,World Bank Colony,Barra,Kanpur) can anyone guide me what to do ?
