there should be collector surprise visit to school at least once in the month so that all staff and principal should be alert what they are given in meals toilet condition and also interact student to teach advantage of cleaniss and teaching problem if they have any it should done stricly and purely not political on paper

there should dustbin at classroom and should be cleaned everyday and also staff room and student must be thought of the disease which come by this even i have seen that some government school at night time become place of drinking smoking were are the guards of that school y the classes are open at night so the unwanted people go there and do the unwanted thing were is adminstration there should be toilet at each school for girls and boys and collector should inspect the school once in month

green india program should be there plantation also have to be done to have good breath atleast at school campus college campus there should plants and should maintained by school college admin

every staff of achool should be watching by pitching the gutkas here and there and should be stopped and student should be thought lesson about cleaness and there should program that should be held for cleaniess at society level

Private Agencies should be involved like Corporates . They would not only make India Clean but also "Green".This would expedite the work. Social Law should be passed to punish people who make India "Dirty" by throwing bags, food items and what not on the public places. By restrcting people from creating dirty Inda, "Clean"India will get real momentum. Spot fines should be levied to such people. Poor people wandering around make India Dirty. They should be enaged in proper Job and civic sense..

We are talking of making Delhi as the first Smart City. Presently the city is in bad shape - just two days of little rain has showed how badly our roads are made/maintained. Even the main roads are in shambles - with pot holes, repaired portions caving in, and water logging in low patches. Authorities should move about after rains and see all the area where this is happening and take remedial action, otherwise when the next rains come we will face the same problems.
