Sir, It is very important to include necessity of cleanliness, in curriculum. Every child should be taught to keep his/her surroundings clean. Every children should be taught that if they find any litter, then they should lift it and put it in dustbin. Actually this has to be followed by everyone but people hesitate to do this. If a small child does this in front of somebody then definitely others will follow this.

There should be policy or law under which each school has to maintain the defined cleanliness. There should be surprise audit in schools and there should be performance review and appraisal at every public service (officer) level as well as school. We need to give more focus on govt. school and need to understand why parents going away from these govt. schools and doing admission in private school at high cost. The most important here is - QUALITY of EDUCATION and QUALITY of SERVICE.
