‘Mission Antyodaya’ seeks to converge government interventions with Gram Panchayats as the basic unit for planning by following a saturation approach by pooling resources – human and financial – to ensure sustainable livelihoods. It is a State -led initiative for rural transformation to make a real difference based on measurable outcomes to the lives of 1,00,00,000 households in 5,000 rural clusters or 50,000 Gram Panchayats in 1,000 days.

‘Mission Antyodaya’ Framework for Implementation is based on convergence, accountability and measureable outcomes to ensure that resources are effectively managed in providing sustainable livelihoods for every deprived household based upon SECC, 2011.

The states have selected Gram Panchayats/Clusters under ‘Mission Antyodaya’ which were covered under schemes such as ODF, DAY NRLM, Mission Water Conservation, SAGY/Rurban Cluster, Award Winning GPs, crime/dispute free GPs or specific purpose GPs. Most of these GPs are also in the backward districts of the country.

‘Mission Antyodaya’ is expected to unleash the latent potential of participating GPs through convergence and concerted actions of all the stakeholders and propel these GPs in a virtuous cycle of development.

Ministry of Rural Development invites your suggestions for the Draft Framework for Implementation of Mission Antyodaya.

The detailed Draft Framework for Implementation of Mission Antyodaya can be viewed here.

Last date of submission is 3rd November, 2017, midnight.

A well designed blueprint need not be successful in reality. The rural mass need to change the mentality that all development can happen in urban areas. For success, the rural participation is necessary and they must not leave everything at the behest of the government to do things for the rural mass. The scheme does not outline active rural participation and highlights only the initiatives taken by the government. This will not work to the optimum level. Otherwise, the scheme is well conceived.

My submission here is by joining hands through voluntary organisations or people for help organisations this mission will lead to success. As there would be high level transparancy maintained. Also interested members only will work towards achievement of the goal. I strongly wish to take part in any of these programmes and wish to contribute myself for the upliftment on national interest.

Today we have everything and have nothing. Top layers of society have everything and the bottom have nothing but day to day problems for essentials. To rectify- change constitution- elected members starting from local village panchayats to parliament should have three years experience in the previous level. That means a minimum of 15 years experience in public adminsitration is a must for the MPs and Ministers. Is it feasible to day ?

Same rules must be applicable to private and government employees.
Private and government employees should get similar payment.
Government must promote taxpayers by providing free medical facilities, free education to their one child and family pension as per tax paid by taxpayer.
This will reduce population and increase per head income.
Seviour punishment to anti national elements.

Individuals can have right to give birth to their child if they have enough earnings to feed it.
The difference between max and min pay should not be more than 2.5.
Unemployed people who even don't have field to farm may be given unemployment allowance of 1/3 of minimum pay of the employed persons.
Out sourcing of fuel, technology and weapons must be stopped and emphasis should be given to evolve indigenous things and alternative agro fuel so that farmers can get better gain.
