‘Mission Antyodaya’ seeks to converge government interventions with Gram Panchayats as the basic unit for planning by following a saturation approach by pooling resources – human and financial – to ensure sustainable livelihoods. It is a State -led initiative for rural transformation to make a real difference based on measurable outcomes to the lives of 1,00,00,000 households in 5,000 rural clusters or 50,000 Gram Panchayats in 1,000 days.

‘Mission Antyodaya’ Framework for Implementation is based on convergence, accountability and measureable outcomes to ensure that resources are effectively managed in providing sustainable livelihoods for every deprived household based upon SECC, 2011.

The states have selected Gram Panchayats/Clusters under ‘Mission Antyodaya’ which were covered under schemes such as ODF, DAY NRLM, Mission Water Conservation, SAGY/Rurban Cluster, Award Winning GPs, crime/dispute free GPs or specific purpose GPs. Most of these GPs are also in the backward districts of the country.

‘Mission Antyodaya’ is expected to unleash the latent potential of participating GPs through convergence and concerted actions of all the stakeholders and propel these GPs in a virtuous cycle of development.

Ministry of Rural Development invites your suggestions for the Draft Framework for Implementation of Mission Antyodaya.

The detailed Draft Framework for Implementation of Mission Antyodaya can be viewed here.

Sir, There need a union of farmers, labourers in rural area. The best way, to form under co op society, in every ward, a federation of society in panchayath level, a major level federation in district level. The society participate in production, while dist.level federation arrange processing, state level federation in marketing. 5% of income go to MF investment in the name of federation, which sold every 5 years and distributed to members via society. All government help to farmers thru society

Dear prime minister Sir,We can not make India into a well developed nation by only Tam-Jham and showy politics. If you really want to make India in to a developed nation within 15 years , promote plantation of 1000 kinds of trees and shrubs which provide fruits , vegetables , food grains, edible oils , spices and medicines on the sides of roads, railways, canals and streams and on the edges of agricultural farms. That will bring prosperity in the country saving environment. Please read Hindi pdf

Dear prime minister sir,We can not bring changes in society and boost innovation until all ministries and their subordinate officers are undergoing in Tam-Jham and showy politics and going in Lakir ke Fakir manner. Solution of many problems are easy and beyond of the imagination and thinking of government officials and scientific officers. We can solve water and energy problems and problems of plastic pollution but officials should first open their mind to extend support

Optical Fibre Network and Telecom / Mobile services should be widely laid and made Operational in all rural areas without any delay. This can be achieved by the combined efforts of Govt. and private players like Reliance, Airtel, Vodafone etc. The road network should also be extended to all the rural areas just like it is being done in case of national highways. The irrigation facilities, E-Bazaar facilities, Kissan Call Centres, Hospitals, Schools etc.need to be provided at fast pace.

Under the mission there is a provision for opening bank account of gram members under Jandhan yojana. For doing this the local youth must be hired by the bank and on the basis of best performance one or two persons can be hired which will generate employment. Moreover it will speed up the task of financial inclusion

Optical fibre network has been a major thrust by your govt to invade the remote areas with internet connectivity. In mission antyodaya it can play a big role if the gram Panchayat heads are educated about the mission well in advance and the draft is been explained to them so that they can enhance its implementation and the results will be quick.
Secondly the task of spreading information about the mission can be adhered to the local youths which will generate employment.

How to eliminate bias and prejudices in people?
It is seen that benefits meant for some deserving persons may not reach them if they are perceived to be 'outsiders ' or not 'sons of the soil- or bhumiputras'.
This type of bias and prejudice exhibited towards people who are targetted for not being from same predominant linguistic or regional group deprives the deserving and also erodes National integration.

It has always been laudable when real action is taken to help those without help and the money is not diverted by unscrupulous persons.
There are those who are Engg.graduates in Computers and were shown the door after few years when the eyesight was spoilt by 18 to 20 hours work extracted by IT companies. They do not get disability certificate unless it is above a percentage.Nevertheless they can not do work and still have to maintain their families and educate the kid and are depressed.
